Competition Terms & Conditions

   1. Entry information and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
   2. Entry is open to Style Collective members only (membership is free).
   3. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Entrants must have a valid email address.
   4. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
   5. Style Collective accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
   6. Competition closes at midnight on the last day of the month.
   7. This competition is a game of skill. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   8. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
   9. The winner must contact Style Collective within 14 days from the date of notification (via email) to claim their prize.
      After this time, the prize will be redrawn.
  10. Style Collective reserves the right to publish the content of all competition entries on our website.
  11. Style Collective accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
  12. Style Collective makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Style Collective shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any prize.
  13. In the event that any prize item is unavailable; Style Collective reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
