1) Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

2) Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3) The competition commences at 12.01am Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on Monday 13th September, 2010 and entries close at 5:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("AEDST") on Friday 5th November, 2010 ("Competition Period")

4) To be eligible to enter an "Eligible Purchase" is required by purchasing any MAGGI Tender Roast product from the following product range: MAGGI Tender Roast Chicken with Garlic; MAGGI Tender Roast with Oriental Soy; MAGGI Tender Roast Chicken with Mixed Herbs; and MAGGI Tender Roast with Tomato & Herbs. (The purchase receipt showing the Eligible Purchase for each entry should be kept until after the competition has closed in order to validate entry & claim prizes.)

6) Entry is limited to once per Eligible Purchase. Each entry must be different. The Promoter reserves the right to require an entrant to provide proof of an Eligible Purchase for every entry they made in order to claim a prize.

8)The Prizes to be awarded are:
a) Major Prize is a trip for a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) to Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast valued at up to $4,274. 96 and includes: $1,500 flight voucher redeemable with Flight Centre , 5 nights accommodation in a two bedroom apartment at the Mantra Sun City, including breakfast daily. The prize also includes: $1,000 spending money awarded as a cheque payable to the winner’s name; 2 adult and 2 children ‘MyFun VIP Passes’ (which gives the holder unlimited entry until the 30th June 2011). Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking, accommodation is not valid during Australian school holidays and Australian public holidays. Additional spending money, meals, transport to & from departure point, additional transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that all components of the prize be taken during the trip and all persons taking the trip depart from & return to the winner's nearest capital city at the same time unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter & that all persons taking the trip sign a waiver of liability & an indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 9) This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of the prize winners. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be judged on their merit and the entry judged to be the best will win the major prize and the next 50 entries judged the next best will win the Runner up Prize.

10) The total prize pool is valued at $24,262.46 (RRP).

11) All winners will be notified by phone and mail and their names and postcodes will appear at www.recipefinder.com.au/maggi

12) Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and binding on all who enter- no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

13) Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

14) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
(g) the prize and/ or
(h) participation in the promotion.

15) Redemption of the voucher prizes are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash.

16) Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes surrounding this competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. The entrant also consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter's other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.

18) The winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider or services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Trade Practices Act 1974) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.

19) In the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.

20) By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to the use of their 25 word statement for printing, broadcast, publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Promoter's website/s without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any such material. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner acknowledges that the Promoter acquires the 25 word statement for use for its commercial purposes and agrees not to object to any such use on the basis of any moral right.

21) Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from judging for delivery of their prize.

22) If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
