1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. However, employees and their immediate families of Network TEN, Beinteractive Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

3. The competition commences on Thursday, 23 September 2010 at 00:01 (AEST) and concludes on Tuesday, 16 November 2010 at 23:59 (AEDT).

4. The competition will be advertised on Network TEN and online at www.masterchef.com.au.

5. To be eligible to enter online, participants will be required to be a registered Ten member. Fraudulent memberships / entries will be deemed invalid. Viewers may register to become a member of TEN via the website. It is free to become a member. To become a member, entrants will be required to provide various personal information including name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, date of birth and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility.

6. There are two ways of entering:
• To enter the instant win component of the competition, participants must be logged in and must register a valid advertised code word.
• To enter the major draw, the participant must create a virtual macaron using the application on the website and submit it to the macaron tower. This will entitle the participant to one entry in the major draw.

7. Entrants may enter the instant win component of the competition multiple times. However only one instant win entry per unique codeword will be permitted.

8. Entrants may enter the major draw once throughout the promotion. Following instant win entries, users will be given the opportunity to update their virtual macaron but no further entries in the major draw will be given.

9. To gain additional entries into the major draw, entrants will be given the opportunity to refer-a-friend. Referred friends who click through to the competition via the refer-a-friend e-mail will entitle the referrer a bonus entry into the major draw.

10. 1,266 x Instant winner prizes will be available to random valid entrants. Participants will be notified during their entry if they are an instant winner and what prize they have won. Instant winners will be issued a 6 unique Prize Claim Number as determined by the Beinteractive Instant Win system. The unique 6 Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the participant for prize verification purposes. Just got on board this comp, and many of the original codes do seem to be no longer valid.
However with the very last prize I won...a Sing-A-Ma-Jig (which I had to look up what it was lol!!!).
