1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership ("Members"). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015.
3. The competition commences 21st October 2010 and ends 22nd November 2010 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 6th December 2010 at 4pm.

4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of "Leap Year".  Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry.

5. To enter customers must rent or buy "Leap Year" during the promotion period (21st October 2010 and 22nd November 2010) at Civic Video Pty Ltd., complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au.

6. The first valid entry drawn will win A romantic beach getaway, including: return flights for 2 people from winners' nearest capital city to Melbourne, 3 days car hire, 2 nights accommodation at Crowne Plaza Torquay - with a free upgrade to an apartment, breakfast for 2 each morning, late check out of 1pm, bottle of wine on arrival, valet parking for duration of stay, 3 course dinner at Seasalt (1 night only - beverages not included) and 2 x 1 hour massages at Tea Tree Spa. All valued at up to $3542.

7. Travel conditions:
All travel is subject to availability of flights and accommodation. Travel is valid until 30th September 2011. Not valid 24th December 2010 - 20th January 2011, Easter Weekend (22nd April 2011 - 25 April 2011), ANZAC weekend (26th April 2011) and Queens Birthday Weekend (10th June 2011 - 12th June 2011). No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is no refundable or transferable. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.

8. The next ten valid entries will win a copy of "Leap Year" on DVD, valued at $39.95 each. Valued at $399.50.

9. Total prize pool is valued at up to $3941.50.

10. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize.
11. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 20th December 2010.
12. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on 14th March 2011 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 28th March 2011.
13. Normal membership conditions apply.
14. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.  Identification considered suitable for verification will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
