2. Entry Requirements

   1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
   2. The promotion commences at 4:00am AEST on Wednesday 29th September 2010 and entries close at 4:00am AEST on Wednesday 31st March 2011 (the Promotion Period).
   3. To enter the draw, participants must visit http://www.carsales.com.au or WWW. MR 4x4.com.au and follow the prompts to participate in the 'carsales & Pat Calillinan’s 4x4 Adventures" competition. Entrants need to enter all the required fields for the entry to be valid.
   4. For the purpose of this competition, a unique person is constituted by a unique email address, phone number, first name and last name. For the purpose of clarity, only one entry is permitted per person per calendar month.
   5. There is a limit of one entry per unique person, per calendar month during the promotional period.
   6. Entrants may 'refer a friend' to the competition by entering the friends name and email address in the entry form. A referral email will be automatically sent to the friend inviting them to enter the competition. This referral email is subject to the Spam Act 2003. Each friend may only be nominated once during the promotion period and entrants who have already entered the competition cannot be nominated as a friend. If a valid nominated friend enters the competition through the referral email, then the original entrant who nominated them will receive one additional entry into the draw.

The winner must arrange their own collection of the CUB camper trailer to any CUB dealer in the winner’s capital city. All other prizes will be delivered to the promoter’s nominated address. The promoter is not liable for any costs associated with the collection of the prize. Any costs will be at the winner's expense.
   3. The prize may not be transferred or substituted except at the Promoters discretion. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Any tax on the prize is the responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought by any person participating in this promotion.
   4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs associated with the prize before or after the delivery.
   5. Great prizes! I noticed that the Nissan Patrol is listed as a 2009 model, so I assume it is a 'used' vehicle.
I cannot ever recall a used car being offered as a major prize before.  :?

Hi There ,It does say Per Calendar month ,so i would say you can only enter 1 a month .The comp has been running since September 2010 i have only just come across it .take it as being month not by a date ,you could enter again 1st March .Good Luck

Maybe the Nissan Patrol has not been used but try telling a car dealer that a 2009 vehicle is 'brand new' and they will certainly disagree with you. LOL!
