Terms and Conditions for the KitchenAid KSM150 Stand Mixer Giveaway

1. Become a fan of Kitchenware Direct on Facebook before midnight 31/12/2010 to be eligible to win 1 of 2 KitchenAid KSM150 stand mixers. 2. Double your chances of winning by clicking here to sign up to our electronic mailing list before midnight 31/12/2010. If you are already on our electronic mailing list and already a fan of Kitchenware Direct on Facebook, then you are already entered in both parts of the competition!

3. By entering this competition you are in the running to win a brand new KitchenAid KSM150 Artisan Stand Mixer valued at $729 AUD. The winners will be able to select any standard colour mixer subject to availability. Limited Edition Candy Apple Red and Brushed Nickel finishes are not eligible to be selected by the winners.

4. All entrants must be a lawful permanent resident of Australia over the age of 18 and remain as a Facebook Fan and on the electronic mailing list for the length of the promotion to be eligible to win. One winner will be chosen at random from both our list of Facebook fans and our electronic mailing list. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 4th January 2011 and both winners will be subject to confirmation before any announcement is made. If either prize winners cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days of the draw being conducted, then the person will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.

5. Entries are limited to one per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.

6. Entry is open to anyone who is a fan of the ‘Kitchenware Direct’ page on Facebook or is subscribed to our electronic mailing list. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families together with agencies and/or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family refers to spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent).

7. Winners will be contacted by Monday 10th January 2011 and the details will be published on the Facebook Page by Thursday 13th January 2011.

8. Prize values mentioned in competitions are at the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, and are correct at time of publishing. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring during the promotion.

9. The judges' decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Winners are drawn randomly from the database of entries.

10. Prizes will be despatched to winners within 30 days from the close of promotion and will be delivered free of charge to any valid Australian address. The prizes will not be shipped overseas.
