DUBLI RACING TEAM 
WIN A SCOOTER PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
The following terms and conditions apply for the ‘Win a Scooter’ promotion, conducted by Dubli
Racing Team; 397 Newbridge Road Moorebank NSW 2571, ABN 65 326 577 850 
 
 
2. WHO MAY ENTER
 
2.1 Any person may enter this Competition, except for the following:
2.1.1 a person who does not meet all of the eligibility requirements applying to the
Competition;
 
2.1.2 an employee, officer, servant, agent or associate of WIN Radio Pty Ltd, Dubli
Racing Team, or of their related bodies corporate. 
 
2.1.3 a direct family member of a person referred to in paragraph 2.1.2 above (and for
this purpose a direct family member is taken to include a spouse, parent, child or sibling
of that person);
 
2.1.4 a person who is not ordinarily or usually resident in Australia;
 
2.1.5 a person who has refused to provide all or any of the Personal Information (as
defined in clause 4.11) requested by Dubli Racing Team, in absolute discretion
 
2.1.6 a competitor of Dubli Racing Team or of any of its related bodies corporate (as
defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act); 
 
2.1.7 an employee, officer, servant, agent or associate (as defined in section 9 of the
Corporations Act) of a person referred to in paragraph 2.1.6 above; 
 
2.1.8 a direct family member of a person referred to in paragraph 2.1.7 above (and for
this purpose a direct family member is taken to include a spouse, parent, child or sibling
of that person); and
 
2.1.9 any person under the age of 16 years and nine months. 
 
 
3. CONDUCT OF COMPETITIONS
 
At all times a Competition will be conducted by Dubli Racing Team in its absolute discretion
(including, without limitation, decisions in relation to who may enter and who has won a prize in a
Competition). 
 
A decision of the promoter, Dubli Racing Team is binding and conclusive.
 
 
4. DURATION
 
‘Win a Scooter’ Promotion commences 6am Monday 13th September 2010, continuing through
until 6pm Friday 3rd December 2010. 
 
Dubli Racing Team reserves the right to postpone or forfeit the competition at any time during this
period, at their discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
 
 
5. HOW TO ENTER
 
The prize (Dubli Racing Team Scooter) will be on display at Aitkens Learner Legal World,
Moorebank.
 
Entrants will complete an online registration form found at website www.dubliracingteam.com 
 
All information found on the online registration form must be completed for the entrant to be valid
and eligible to win.
 
Entrants are limited to one registration per person. 
 
Details required for the registration to be valid include their full name, residential address, email
address & contact phone number.
 
Entrants are required to read and agree with full terms and conditions for ‘Win a Scooter’
Promotion
 
 
6. PRIZES
 
All prize values are recommended retail value provided by Dubli Racing Team. The value of each
individual prize is in Australian Dollars and is correct at time of printing.

Each winner will be contacted by phone upon the completion of each draw. Collection or delivery
of each prize will be within the month of the draw.
 
 
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
 
This is a game of chance. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
 
All entries will be collated for each draw on location at Aitkens Learner Legal World, 397
Newbridge Road Moorebank, NSW. 
 
All entries will be placed in a barrel with one entry randomly selected for each individual draw.
The first entry drawn will be determined as the winner for each draw. 
 
Each of the 3 draws will take place every 4 weeks after the commencement of the promotion. 
 
 1st Draw: Conducted on Monday 11th October 2010
 2nd Draw: Conducted on Monday 8th November 2010
 3rd Draw: Conducted on Monday 6th December 2010
 
 
8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
 
Each individual winner will be notified by telephone or email in the first instance or by post. The
winner’s details may also be published on the C91.3FM website and announced on air with
C91.3FM.
 
 
9. NO QUALITY, REPRESENTATIONS, EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY.
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, and
merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the
Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but
not limited to, consequences (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission,
deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the
arrangement for supply, or the supply of any goods and services by any person to the prize
winner and, where applicable, to any family or persons accompanying the winner. This clause
does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not
able to be excluded under applicable Australian law. To the fullest extend permitted by law, any
liability of the Promoter or its servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the
payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
 
 
10. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
 
All entries become the property of Dubli Racing Team. Entries not completed in accordance with
the Conditions of Entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. The Promoter's
decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who
enters.  No correspondence will be entered into.
 
 
11. PRIVACY
 
The promoter collects the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By
entering the promotion each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information to
request permission from the entrant to use this information for future promotional, marketing and
publicity purposes including registration to the Dubli.com network, unless otherwise advised.
Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to, State and Territory lottery departments and
winners names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.

These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry and the
