Win one of five $200 Myer vouchers

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.

2. All employees of the promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter.

3. The competition commences on 11 October 2010 and finishes on 7 January 2011.

4. The competition consists of five prizes in total. Each winner will receive a $200 Myer voucher valid for 12 months.

5. Prize value is in Australian dollars. Total prize pool valued at $1,000.

6. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

7. To enter, the entry form, featured on the RAA competitions page at www.raa.com.au, must be filled in with a valid email address and ‘yes’ answered to the question ‘I understand I will now receive the samotor e-news edition and my hardcopy samotor will be cancelled.’

8. The winners will be drawn through a random process.

9. The draw will take place at the RAA, 101 Richmond Rd, Mile End at 10am on 10 January 2011.

10. The first five entries drawn that fulfil the competition entry criteria will win the prizes.

11. The winners will be notified by email, mail or phone within 14 days of the draw date.

12. The winners will be published in the Autumn 11 issue of samotor.

13. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.

14. The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

16. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
