So…? are giving one lucky person the opportunity to win a $2000 shopping spree!

All you have to do is make a video and feature So…? fragrance in it.

It’s that easy!

You can either organise a group of girlfriends to star in your video while your the directing genius or you can star in it yourself.

SO HOW DO YOU ENTER???

    * Create a 30sec or 60sec video that features a So…? product. It can be a So…? eau de toilette or a So…? body fragrance. You don’t necessarily need a camera you can use your camera phone. It's that easy!

    * Go to youtube.com and upload your video. Don’t forget to name your video ‘So…? fragrance’ at the beginning of your title. i.e ‘So…? Fragrance – The girl who loved fragrance’

    * Once you have uploaded your video login/register on this page and submit the youtube.com link to your video or we won’t know which video is yours!

    * Then tell your friends to check out your video on youtube.com as the top 10 most viewed videos will then be in the running for the $2000 Shopping Spree. But don't worry, there are also runner up prizes.

    * A panel of judges will make a final decision on the winner from the top 10 videos.

SO HOW DO YOU WIN???

Well, make sure you are CREATIVE! You can make it on anything you like i.e. a So…? commercial, a funny comedic skit, a horror movie – just make sure you feature So…? fragrance in it.

So…start the camera rolling …..and…..ACTION!

Terms and Conditions of entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is via the So…? Fragrance Website, www.sofragrance.com.

2. Entry is open to Australian permanent residents. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion commences 16th October, 2010 at 9am (AEDT) and closes at 12pm on 5th January, 2011(AEDT).

4. Product purchase is not required to be made to be eligible to enter.

5. Enter the “Want to win a $2000 shopping spree” by visiting the www.sofragrance.com website and following the links and instructions. The Competition is entered by uploading a clip onto youtube.com, naming it 'So...? Fragrance' at the beginning of the title and registering on www.sofragrance.com. The Entrant will also need to state the link of the clip on youtube.com when registering on the So…? Fragrance website, www.sofragrance.com in order for the entry to be accepted.

6. The decision of the winner is determined by Frostbland Pty Limited. A panel of judges from Frostbland will review the top ten most view entries and select a winner of the major prize based on the most creative video clip.

7. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter’s and/or judges decision in relation to all matters pertaining to this promotion, including the judging of this promotion, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Total cost of prize pool is $2,388.70 RRP.

Major Prize is valued at $2,119.60 and includes:

a) 1 x $2000 Westfield’s gift voucher for the winner to spend at their discretion. Voucher will be purchased 20th December 2010, will be divided on 3 separate gift cards as Westfield’s have a maximum limit per card of $995 and the Westfield’s gift voucher will expire within 12 months from the time of purchase.

b) 1 x So…? Fragrance prize pack including100ml Eau De Toilette & 150ml Body fragrance from So…?, So…? Kiss Me, So…? Sinful & So…? Sensual, valued at RRP $119.60

So…? Fragrance packs will also be awarded to the 9 runner up winners. So…? Fragrance packs will include a 100ml EDT and a 150ml Body fragrance in one of the So…? variants. No preference can be placed. The variant will just be decided and sent to the runner up winner. Value of each So…? Fragrance pack is $29.90 RRP.

9. Prizes are not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Prize value mentioned are GST inclusive and are Australian recommended retail price as advised by the supplier for the Australian market and is correct at the time of posting the entry forms.

11. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred although Frostbland reserves the right to change the prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The promoters accept no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit, late, lost or misdirected mail. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. The Prize draw will take place on 7th January, 2011 at Unit 1, 47-53 Moxon Road, Punchbowl NSW 2196. Prizes will be sent within 28 days. All prize winners will be notified by email or telephone using contact details provided at the time of registration. Incorrect details will result in an immediate disqualification from the competition. It is at the Promoter’s discretion to use any unclaimed prizes after 3 months of the closing date. The decision of Frostbland is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.

13. The Promoter highly recommends a current residential street address be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential prize delivery. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the prize winner.

14. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize suppliers’ requirement. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the “Want to win a $2000 shopping spree”, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant, claiming to be a winner, being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

17. The Promoter is not responsible for; (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in competition; (ii)technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware of software; (iii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Competition; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damages to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Competition or receipt or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Competition, provided that if it is not possibly to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Competition, or any part of it, for any reason, Promoter, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.

18. All entries and any copy right subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. The Promoter is entitled to collect the entrants personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying the winners) and for related purpose which would reasonably be expected without your permission. For example, we may from time to time use your personal information to provide you with information about products and services which we expect may be of interest to you. However, we do respect your right to direct us not to do this if and when any future communication is sent to you by the Promoter. We do not sell personal information to other organizations. And the collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by the privacy notice.

19. In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners (and the companions) agree to granting the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including social online networking sites, and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
