JigoCity is giving away a free iPhone 4 to a few lucky subscribers. Sign up to get our Daily Deals delivered to your email inbox and you'll be automatically entered into our drawing.

All you need to do is enter your email address and city at the top of the page for your chance to win. It's that simple.

JigoCity Pty Ltd is the Promoter of this Giveaway. Contest is open to all Australians who are over the age of 18 years as at 01.08.2010. To enter, sign up to receive the JigoCity Daily Deal newsletter or buy a JigoCity voucher at www.jigocity.com.au between 12am on the 27.09.2010 and 11:59pm 30.10.2010. Your entry into the contest signifies that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions specified here.

There is a one entry per person limit. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries due to any circumstance, be it technical or otherwise, will be deemed invalid and discarded. After signing up, the entrant must remain a subscriber to the JigoCity Newsletter for the promotional period in order to be eligible to win OR he or she must have bought a voucher from jigocity.com.au in the promotional period prior to the drawing. Employees of the Promoter and its agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The winner will be announced on the 08.11.2010 on the jigocity.com.au website on the iPhone 4 Giveaway Terms & Conditions page relevant to this competition. The main prizes will be dispatched to the winners as soon as we have received their postal details, but no earlier than 15.11.2010. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

There is one (1) major prize for this competition. The major prize drawing will take place at 12pm AEST at JigoCity, 204/267-271 Cleveland Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 08.11.2010. The first valid entry drawn will be awarded one Apple iPhone 4 16GB. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Winners shall agree to the use of their name, image and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own the copyright of any such images and photographs and in all material incorporating the photographs.

In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply alternative prizes of similar monetary value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries or entries not received for any reason. JigoCity Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

JigoCity Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. JigoCity Pty Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
