You are invited to participate in the Getprice Online Behaviour and Shopping Survey 2010 survey.

In appreciation of your time, your details will be entered into a prize draw to win one of four travel vouchers from Virgin Blue worth $750 each*.

The survey will take around 10-15 minutes to complete.

Getprice Online Behaviour and Shopping Survey 2010
1. The Promoter is Get Price Pty Ltd, Level 1, 40 King Street, Sydney NSW 2000 [ABN 29 113 146 786].
2. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying
with these terms and conditions is invalid.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, the
Promoter’s associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
4. Entry details: Respondents must complete the survey, follow the prompts and complete all the required
fields. They will then automatically be entered. The respondents may only enter the promotion once. Entry
to the survey is via the Get Price site: getprice.com.au.
5. The Promotion commences at 10.00am AEST on 20 October 2010 & closes at 5:00pm AEST on 6
December 2010 (“Promotion Period”), unless extended by the promoter.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any
entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with
these terms and conditions.
7. The draw will take place at Level 1, 40 King Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 12.00pm AEST on 13
December 2010. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 days of the draw, and their
names advertised on getprice.com.au on 16 December 2010.
8. If prizes are unclaimed by 5pm 10 March 2011, winners will be redrawn at Level 1, 40 King Street,
Sydney NSW 2000 at 3pm on 29 March 2011. If a re-draw takes place the winner will be notified by phone
and email within 2 days of the draw, and their name will be published on getprice.com.au on 1 April 2011.
9. The first four valid entries drawn will each receive one of four travel vouchers from Virgin Blue worth
$750. The total prize pool is valued at $3000 (AUD).
10. To redeem the prize the winner must contact the promoter with their postal address details.
11. By redeeming the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and their
respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury
whatever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in
connection with the use of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on
their behalf.
14. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional
purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and
photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by
computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any
written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process.
16. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is
not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website
users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any
technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or
alteration of entries.
17. The Promoter collects information about you to include you in the promotion and, where appropriate,
to award prizes and may also use the information to assist it in improving its goods and services and to
contact you, including by electronic communication methods (including email and SMS) in the future with
special offers. The Promoter may share your information with its Australian related companies who may
contact you with special offers. The Promoter may also share your information with other persons or
entities that assist it in running promotions or with other companies who provide prizes for promotions or
reader offers should you opt-in to receive such communications.
18. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may
disclose entrants’ personal information, to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners’ names will
be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to
be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.
