Terms and Conditions of Entry –
SpongeBob Square Pants PartyPants Week Competition
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry for the Nickelodeon SpongeBob Square Pants PartyPants Week Competition.
2. To enter, entrants must log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au) and either; 1) Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following information; First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, and some other optional information; or 2) If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the competition.
3. Entry is open only to kids aged 5 - 15 years as of 6/11/2010 who are Australian residents. Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. All entrants must have parental consent to enter the competition.
5. There will be 1 daily runner up prize winner each day during the competition period. To be eligible for daily prize draws, entrants must select the answer to the trivia question revealed in the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday’s episodes by 11:59pm on each day. Entrants who do so will automatically be entered into that day’s daily prize draw (as per the table in point 5 below). At the end of the week a Major Prize will be drawn from all valid entries. Each valid entry into the daily prize draw will be entered into the major prize draw.
6. Winners will be contacted by Nickelodeon. The random draws will take place at Nickelodeon’s offices at the following address: 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde NSW 2113.
7. The Nickelodeon SpongeBob Square Pants PartyPants Week Competition commences from 1/11/2010 at 12.01am and entries close 6/11/2010 at 11:59pm.
8. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to enter.
9. The competition is a game of chance. An electronic draw will be conducted at Nickelodeon Offices, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
10. There will be a daily prize winners from the 1-6th of November who will receive:

11. There will be one major prize winner drawn on the 8th November 2010 who will receive:

Total major prize value: $5849
12. Total value of prizing for the competition is $6310.58
13. Selection of airline, departure and arrival destination, flight times and accommodation venue is at Ardent Leisure Limited’s discretion upon time of booking. Travel is valid till May 10th 2011 (6 months after draw date).
14. The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during Australian school holidays or during Gold Coast Super GP Season (dates to be arranged with prize winner upon draw), and is valid for a period of 6 months from the original draw date. Validity date of this prize cannot be extended.
15. Flight may only be taken from the winners nearest Australian major airport (airport serviced by majority of Australian domestic airlines) to the Gold Coast or Brisbane.
16. The prize winner will be required to provide a minimum of 4 weeks notice of intent to travel. All components of prize are subject to availability at time of booking.
17. If the winner resides within a 3-hour drive or 240km from Dreamworld and WhiteWater World, airfares and car rental are not included in the prize.
18. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee of amendment fee, at the cost of the winner. The winner of the prize (and their travel companions) will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the prize.
19. The car hire vehicle will be available upon arrival at Queensland, for pick from the airport and drop off on departure. It is a condition that the hirer be 25 years and over, and hold a current Australian or New Zealand license. Provisional licences and learners permits will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage, mistreatment or ill manor to the hire car caused by the hirer. The Promoter will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the hirer through mistreatment, illegal behaviours, or a violation of the car hire's terms and conditions of use. The car hire only covers the day rate hire of the car, all insurance, petrol and damage costs will be the responsibility of the prize-winner. Prize winner will need to present a current credit card for security purposes upon collection of the vehicle.
20. All components of the prize must be taken together. Travel Insurance is not included. Travel Prize does not include meals, spending money or transport to and from departure and arrival points. All other ancillary and travel costs are the winner’s responsibility. All additional costs incurred whereby the prize winner wishes to make variations to the travel are the winner’s responsibility and must be booked separately by the winner. All travel variations are subject to approval by Ardent Leisure Limited
upon booking. Travel variations include, but are not limited to extension of travel duration, travellers outside of the age restriction and additional travellers.
21. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
22. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize may be awarded, at the absolute discretion of the promoter, to their parent or legal guardian. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years and over.
23. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. This is the maximum retail value of the prize. Should the cost of travel be less then the costs incurred, the prize winner is not eligible to the difference.
24. Winners will be notified by mail. The major prize winner and runner up prize winners will also be advertised in The Australian Newspaper on Wednesday November 10th, 2010. All reasonable efforts will be taken to contact prize winners. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, prizes will be distributed in accordance with directions given by relevant state authorities. Redraw will occur at 10am on Tuesday Feburary 8th, 2011 at 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW 2113. In the event of a redraw, the winners will be advertised in the public section of the Australian Newspaper on Wednesday 9th Feburary, 2011.
25. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
26. For the major prize, the items listed in point 10 of the terms and conditions above are all the prize includes, and all ancillary costsare not included as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
27. Nickelodeon will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking and/or using any prize under this competition.
28. All entries become the property of Nickelodeon Australia and may be used for promotional purposes. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to their personal information being entered on to the Nickelodeon Australia database and for the major winner’s details to be forwarded onto Dreamworld Australia for the fufullment of the major prize.
