TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Terms of Subscription
Subscriptions are valid for 1 year from the date of payment - except Lifetime Subscriptions that are valid for the life of the Subscriber. All Subscribers are eligible to win prizes through 2ser promotions whilst their Subscription is valid. There is a limit of one prize per Subscriber per month. Subscribers are also eligible for discounts at selected businesses that provide 2ser Subscriber discounts. Subscriptions are non-transferable.

2. Subscriptions rates and packages
All Subscriptions come with a 2ser Subscriber Pack when pledged between the 11th and 23rd of October, 2010. All Subscription rates include gst. Only individual Subscriptions (Concession, Working, Passionate and Lifetime) are eligible for the Major Prize Draw. To be entered in the Major Prize Draw, subscriptions needs to be paid in full before November 15, 2010.

$33 - Concession includes Pensioners, Students, Children (16 yrs or under) & pets.
Concession Subscribers are eligible for entry into Major Prize Draw. ID and proof of concession is required in most cases. This can be provided by email or in person.

$66 - Working
Working Subscribers are eligible for entry into Major Prize Draw. Working Subscriptions pledged by phone between the 11th and 23rd of October are eligible to win an instant prize.

$120 - Passionate
Passionate Subscribers are eligible for entry into Major Prize Draw and Passionate Prize Draw. Passionate Subscriptions pledged by phone between the 11th and 23rd of October are eligible to win an instant prize.

$120 - Artist / Band
Artist Subscribers receive a single 1-minute artist profile to be used before October 2011. This artist profile will receive 10 plays on 2ser-FM.

Artist Subscribers will receive a written artist profile, photo and link on the new 2ser website. Artists will be required to populate and update their page on the new 2ser website.

Artist Subscriptions are in the name of the artist and benefits may apply to a group. One Subscriber card will be provided.

Artist Subscriptions are non-transferable and must stay in the name provided to 2ser.

$120 - Organisation (not-for-profits)
Organisation Subscribers will receive a promotional campaign package of 5 live reads. This live read will fit within a 30 second time frame and will acknowledge the Organisation as a 2ser Organisation Subscriber. The placement of these live reads in 2ser programming will be negotiated with a representative from the Organisation.

Organisation Subscribers will receive their logo with a URL link on the new 2ser website. This information will be managed by 2ser staff.

Organisation Subscribers will need to provide proof of not-for-profit status.

$250- Business
Business Subscribers will receive a promotional campaign package of 5 live reads. This live read will fit within a 30 second time frame and will acknowledge the business as a 2ser Business Subscriber. The placement of these live reads in 2ser programming will be negotiated with the business owner.

Business Subscribers will receive their logo with a url link on the new 2ser website. This information will be managed by 2ser staff.

$600 - Lifetime
Lifetime Subscribers are eligible for entry into Major Prize Draw and Passionate Prize Draw. Lifetime Subscriptions pledged by phone between the 11th and 23rd of October are eligible to win an instant prize.

3. MAJOR PRIZE DRAW & PASSIONATE PRIZE DRAW DETAILS

A. Terms and conditions of each Major Prize for the 2ser Subscriber Drive 2010.

1st Major Prize - Two return flights to Kuala Lumpur with Malaysia Airlines. Courtesy of Direct Flights. Valued at $1,890.
Terms and conditions:
1.The prize is for two x economy return flights departure Sydney to Kuala Lumpur with Malaysia Airlines only.
2. This prize is valid for Low Season only - 10th November 2010 to 09th December 2010, 15th January 2011 to 31st March 2011.
3. The difference can be paid if the winner would like travel in the peak season periods -10th December 2010 to 14th January 2011
4. Travel must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance.
5. Travel must commence by 31 March 2011.
6. The Return ticket is valid for 35 days.
7. The prize is airfares only
8.The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
9.The prize includes arrival/departure taxes form Sydney. However, departure tax at KL airport is not included in the prize.
10. The prize does not include travel insurance, any meals, any accommodation or spending money.
11. Travel visas need to be organized by the winner well in advance.
12. The flight departure point is Sydney.
13. The flights are subject to availability and confirmation by Direct Flights.
14. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
15. Please refer to the Booking Conditions at www.directflights.com.au. Standard booking conditions apply. Costs may apply if changes are made once the ticket has been issued.
16. Winner will be sent a letter of confirmation and will need to surrender the original letter to Direct Flights office: G1, 37 Bligh Street, Sydney 2000.
17. This prize is transferable to another person nominated by the winner. To do so, the winner needs to liaise with 2ser and Direct Flights. Please note, this prize is not for resale.

2nd Major Prize - A $1000 Bike Pack from Woolys Wheels. Valued at $1000.
1.Winner can select a bike and bike products to the value of $1000 from Woolys Wheels, Paddington Store, Sydney.
2.Valid until November 15, 2011.
3.The winner will be provided with a letter to redeem for a $1000 voucher to be used within 12 months.
4.This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.If the full amount is not redeemed, no cash change will be given.
6.This prize is transferable. Please note, this prize is not for resale.

3rd Major Prize - One of two 12 Month memberships to Boxing Works. Each membership valued at $1308. Total Value $2,616.
1.Winners can access and attend all classes and facilities provided at Boxing Works Surry Hills that apply to a standard 12 month membership.
2.The winner will be provided with a letter / voucher and will need to redeem it at Boxing Works Surry Hills within 6 months (before May 15, 2011).
3.The membership will be valid for 12 months from the date the letter / voucher is redeemed.
4.Cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.This prize is transferable. Please note, this prize is not for resale.

4th Major Prize - An Inertia Music Prize Pack of 4 CDs per month for 1 year. Valued at $1,440.
1.The winner will receive 4 titles per month for 12 months
2.These will be posted to the winner’s nominated address.
3.These titles will be selected by Inertia.
4.Cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.This prize is transferable. Please note, this prize is not for resale.

5th Major Prize - Two courses at the 2ser School of Radio. Valued at $1,320.
1.The winner will be provided with a letter / voucher, valid until June 2011.
2.The winner can choose two courses from a selection of three nominated by the 2ser School of Radio. These three courses are: Radio Presentation and Voice; Radio Scriptwriting and Story Development; Digital Production.
3.The courses are run at 11 Broadway, Ultimo Sydney. The courses run in evenings and on Saturdays. The winner will need to attend the courses at this address and at the times available.
4.Course placement will need to be confirmed by 2ser School of Radio.
5.Cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.This prize is transferable. Please note, this prize is not for resale.

6th Major Prize - A DJ Course and a Music Production Course with DJ Warehouse. Valued at $540.
1.The winner will receive a voucher for each of these 2 courses. Valid until June 2011.
2.These courses are held at 2 George Street, Leichhardt Sydney.
3.The winner will need to attend the course at this address and when courses are available.
4.Course placement will need to be confirmed by DJ Warehouse.
5.Cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.Both parts of this prize are fully transferable. Please note, this prize is not for resale.

B. Terms and conditions of the Passionate Prize Draw for the 2ser Subscriber Drive 2010.

Passionate Prize Draw – Win one of ten OXX Digital and Internet Radios, courtesy of Smart IT. Each valued at $300. Total value of prizes, $3,000.
1.Each winner will need to make a time to pick up the OXX Radio from the 2ser Studios in Ultimo. If this is impossible other arrangements will need to be made with in 12 months of the draw.
2.Any problems with the device will need to be handled by Smart IT.
3.Only White is available with this draw.
4.Cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.Prize is fully transferable. Please note, this prize is not for resale.

C. Total value of Major Prizes is $8,806.

D. The Major Prize Draw will take place at 4pm on Monday, November 15, 2010 at 2ser 107.3, 11 Broadway, Ultimo, NSW 2007.

E. Winners of Major Prize Draw will be notified via phone and email.

F. All winners will be notified within 2 weeks of the draws.

G. Winners of Major Prize Draw will be announced on 2ser-FM 017.3 on Monday November 15, 2010 during Monday Overdrive (between 4om-6pm) and listed at http://www.helloradiomyoldfriend.com/majors.html This will be linked from the 2ser homepage.

H. Total of Passionate Prize Draw is $3,000.

I. The Passionate Prize Draw will take place at 4pm on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 2ser 107.3, 11 Broadway, Ultimo, NSW 2007.

J. Winners of Passionate Prize Draw will be notified via phone and email.

K. Winners of Passionate Prize Draw will be announced on 2ser-FM 017.3 on Tuesday November 16, 2010 during Monday Overdrive (between 4om-6pm) and listed at http://www.helloradiomyoldfriend.com/majors.html This will be linked from the 2ser homepage.

L. Directors and employees of Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd (2ser) are not eligible to win any prizes.

M. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

N. Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd will ensure availability or delivery of all Major Prizes to contactable winners within 28 days of the draw.

O. Call costs to 2ser 107.3 are at a local rate. Public phones, mobile phones and

STD calls will attract higher fee.
