1. VARIABLES
Competition is open to Australian residents only. Promoter: Rodney Clark Commencement Date: Friday 1st October 2010 at 8.00am Closing Date: Friday 24th December 2010 at 5.00pm Draw Date: Tuesday 11th January 2011 at 10.00am at the Promoter’s premises. The Winner will be notified by phone on the day & by mail within 5 days of the draw.

2. WHO MAY ENTER
Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18+ years. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated agencies and participating outlets are ineligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the ‘Win a Peugeot 207 Sportium Competition’, entrants must spend a minimum of $100 in one transaction at any Rodney Clark store and fill out Competition Entry Form. Every $100 spend, entitles the customer to fill out an entry form ie $250 spend entitles the customer to 2 x entry forms Entry Form is to be placed into competition box at each store.

4. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Entrants may enter as many times as they like but must have a minimum spend of $100 to be eligible for draw.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS
This is a trade promotion lottery and the winner is determined by chance. All valid entries will be placed in a draw to be held at Rodney Clark H/O, Unit C 10-20 McEvoy St, Waterloo NSW 2017 on Tuesday 11th January 2011 at 10.00am AEST. The first valid entry drawn will win a new Limited Edition Peugeot 207 Sportium, valued at $25,990 including dealer delivery, registration, CTP & Stamp duty ( which value will vary depending on which State the winner resides ).

6. PRIZE
1 x new Peugeot 207 Sportium Limited Edition Petrol Automatic car with 16in alloy wheels, sports bumpers with fog lamps, rear parking sensors, electronic windows, leather steering wheel, carpet mats & aluminium pedals. Dealer delivery, registration, CTP and stamp duty are also included in the prize. The winner will be able to choose the colour of the prize vehicle dependant on stock availability at the time of the draw. The winner will take delivery from the Peugeot Dealer nearest to their residential address. The value of the prize is accurate and based on the recommended retail price at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of greater or equal value ( including where prize is unavailable ), subject to approval of gaming authorities in each State & Territory where relevant.
The winner will be required, at their own cost, to collect the Peugeot 207 Sportium from their nearest Peugeot dealer. The Promoter will do its best to ensure the Peugeot prize available to the winner within 28 days of the draw. In the event the prize remains unclaimed for 3 months, the Promoter shall conduct a further draw for the unclaimed prize at the same place & time as the original draw on 11th April 2011. The winner will be notified in writing within 5 days of the draw and winners name will be published in the Australian Newspaper Public Notices Thursday 13th April 2011.

7. WINNER NOTIFCATION & PUBLICATION
Winners will be notified by phone on the day of the draw, 11th January 2011 and by mail within 5 days of the draw. Winners name & suburb of residence will be published on the www.rodneyclark.com.au site from Wednesday 12th January 2011 & in The Australian Newspaper Public Notices Thursday 13th January 2011.

8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
