Move aside James Cameron, Summadayze Perth is putting a Video Challenge to the streets!!

Mellen Events are giving you the opportunity to create your own Summadayze promotional video! The video should be based on the Summadayze Music Festival and can be as creative and different as you like - so long as it follows a few simple rules! So what’s in it for you, you ask? Behold... HOW TO ENTER
1.    CREATE A VIDEO AS PER THE BELOW CRITERIA
2.    UPLOAD YOUR VIDEO ON TO YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND/OR YOUTUBE
3.    JUMP ON THE "SUMMADAYZE VIDEO COMP PERTH" FACEBOOK PAGE
4.    JOIN THE GROUP AND POST YOUR VIDEO LINK ON OUR WALL
5.    EMAIL YOUR CONTACT INFO AND THE LINK TO media@mellenevents.com
6.    GET YOUR FRIENDS TO LIKE ON FACEBOOK/ VIEW YOUR VIDEO ON YOUTUBE!

Required criteria

-    Reference to at least one Summadayze artist
-    Reference to the Venue (The Esplanade + Supreme Court Gardens)
-    Date of Summadayze (8/01/11)
-    Your entry must be between 30 secs-90secs
-     Saturdays are for Summadayze

Judging Criteria

-    Most "likes" on Facebook and/or youtube views
-    Most creative idea
-    Relevance to Summadayze Festival
-    Includes all of the required criteria

You don’t need to be a film student, or have expensive editing equipment or killer acting skills- just get creative! It can be animation, puppetry, (everyone loved Sooty, Sweep and Sue!)
