2. Entry is open to Australian permanent residents only who are at least eighteen (18) years old and over at the time of entry. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.


3. Promotion commences 1st November, 2010 at 12am (AEDT) and closes at 12pm on 31st January 2011 (AEDT).

4. Product purchase is not required to be made to be eligible to enter. An additional entry is allowed with the purchase of any Andrea Brazilian Hard Wax product. Purchase must be verified by entering the product barcode on the Andrea web site.

6. The decision of the winner is determined by a panel of judges at Frostbland Pty Limited.


7. Winners will be determined by skill, chance has no part in this promotion. Winners will be selected based on the answers judged as the most creative answer to the question “Why do you believe every girl should have a Brazilian Wax?”. The Promoter's and/or judges decision in relation to all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


8. The Major prize is valued at $6,000 as at 12th October 2010. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Prize value mentioned are GST inclusive and are the Australian recommended retail price as advised by the supplier for the Australian market and is correct at the time of posting the entry forms. Departure dates must be on any available date between 26th April and 16th June 2011. Major prize cannot be postponed to the following year or any other year thereafter. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.

10. Spending money, meals, beverages, insurance, transport to and from airports and hotels, transfers, service charges, taxes, insurance, items of a personal nature, and all other ancillary costs are not included.


11. In the event that the winner is under the age of 18, a guardian must travel with the winner for the major prize. All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian before travel arrangements are made. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release will also require the winner's parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release must include the full name, address and telephone number of the winner's legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner's entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.


12. The Winner of the major prize must ensure they are available to depart between 26th April and 16th June 2011. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred although Frostbland reserves the right to change the prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The promoters accept no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit, late, lost or misdirected mail. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


13. The Prize draw will take place at 9.00am on 7th February 2011 at Unit 1, 47-53 Moxon Road, Punchbowl NSW 2196. All prize winners will be notified by email or telephone using contact details provided at the time of registration. Incorrect details will result in an immediate disqualification from the competition. Winners details will be published on the Andrea web site “andreahairremoval.com.au”.


14. Runner up prizes will be sent within 28 days. Major prize winner will be contacted within 48 business hours from draw and prize arranges will commence immediately. To ensure a timely manner in which to book the major prize, the winner must reply to all of the Promoters queries and request for information within 48 business hours.


15. The Promoter highly recommends a current residential street address be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential prize delivery. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the prize winner. It is at the Promoter's discretion to use any unclaimed prizes after 5 months of the closing date. The decision of Frostbland is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.


16. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.


17. Except where prohibited, participation in the “Andrea Brazilian Wax Caribbean Cruise Competition” constitutes winner's consent to The Promoter's and its agents' use of winner's name, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, including online social networking sites without further payment or consideration for an unlimited period.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the “Andrea Brazilian Wax Caribbean Cruise Competition”, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond The Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by The Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
