TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The competition will run from September 1st to November 30th, 2010.
2. Entrants must purchase an “IRWIN” product within the above period to be eligible to enter. Note that “IRWIN” products can include IRWIN, Lenox, Bernzomatic, Shur-Line, Channellock, Empire and Bondhus brands.
3. The winning entry must be validated by a purchase receipt confirming an “IRWIN” purchase between the above dates. A valid receipt must be presented when claiming your prize.
4. All entries must be lodged online, via the promotional entry point at www.irwin.com.au
5. Employees and families of IRWIN Industrial Tools and participating retailers are not eligible to enter.
6. The competition will be drawn at 12:00pm 7th December 2010 at IRWIN Industrial Tools, 2 National Drive Dandenong South, Vic. 3175.
7. In the event of any unclaimed prizes a redraw will be held at IRWIN Industrial Tools, 2 National Drive Dandenong South, Vic. 3175 at 12:00pm on the date of 7th March 2011.
8. The major prize is a home entertainment package, consisting of the following goods:
a. Samsung 40” Full HD 3D LED TV (F-UA40C7000-01)
b. Samsung 3D Blu Ray Home Theatre System (HTC6950W)
c. A Nintendo Wii Package, consisting of the following goods:
i. Nintendo Wii Black Console with Controller (99553—C)
