Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees and their immediate families of News Magazines and its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition. 3. To enter Participants must answer the following question in 25 words or less “why would you like to win the 100 products?” To answer participants must send their answer by; a. SMS: Send a text message with their full name, address, daytime contact number and answer to 197 234 56 text message cost 55c inc gst limited to 160 characters per message (entry via SMS is available to Australian residents only) OR b. Mail: On the back of an envelope send their answer, along with their full name, address and daytime contact number to Inside Out/100 Inspiring Xmas Gifts, Locked Bag 5030, Alexandria NSW 2015. 4. The competition commences at 00.01 (AEDT) on Wednesday 3rd November 2010 and closes at 23.59 (AEDT) on Friday 21st January 2011. (“Entry Period”). Multiple entries will be accepted, however, each entry must be sent in as a separate correspondence. 5. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity. The best entry as determined by the judges, will win a prize. 6. Judging will take place at 12:00pm (AEDT) from Friday 28th January 2011 at News Magazines 180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from News Magazines. 7. SMS messages each cost 55c including GST. Entry by SMS is only open to Australian participants with an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits premium text messaging to the promotional SMS number. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond News Magazines’ control, News Magazines may substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize values are correct at time of printing. News Magazines are not responsible for any changes in value or the prize. 13. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. News Magazines accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
