1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entries not completed in
accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered.
Incomplete or inaudible entries will be disregarded.
2. The promotion is open to people who are residents of Australia (entrants under the age of 18 years,
must have prior parental or legal guardian consent before entering), except for employees of the
Promoter, 5th Finger Pty Ltd and their immediate families, and all companies and agencies associated
with this promotion.

3. The promotion commences on Monday, 8 November 2010 at 09:00 AEDST and concludes on Friday,
12 November 2010 at 16:00 AEDST. The draw will take place at 5th Finger Pty Ltd, Australia Square,
264 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on Friday, 12 November 2010 at 16:30 AEDST. The winner’s
will be notified via mail and their name will be published in the public notices section of The Australian
on Thursday, 18 November 2010.

4. There are two ways of entering the promotion:

7. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or inaudible entries.
8. The winner of the promotion will be determined by the first (1) valid entry randomly drawn by the
Promoter.

9. The first (1) valid entry drawn by the Promoter the will win;

10. Total value of this prize is valued at up to $6896.00 including GST. Prize does not include any ancillary
costs associated with redeeming this prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.

11. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable
and cannot be redeemed as cash.

12. Prize is transferable in the event winner obtains approval of such in writing by the promoter.
13. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that
tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice
prior to acceptance of their prize.
14. The prize does not include any installation or set-up of any of the products.
15. Products included in prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, model,
finish, style) will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as
offered.
16. LG-One will delivery the LG Kitchen Appliance Package to the nominated address of the Prize winner.
Delivery of the Prize is valid to any state and/or city in Australia.
17. If the winner is under the age of 18 years old, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or Legal
Guardian on their behalf.
18. In acceptance of the prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with
the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
19. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
20. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by
the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the
prize.
21. In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and
equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various
Lottery Departments.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of age and identity. Identification
considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
23. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.
24. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary
on Monday 14 February 2011 at 10:00 AEDST in order to distribute the prize if unclaimed by that date,
subject however to all reference to any relevant state and territory regulations. In the event of a winner,
they will be notified in writing and their name will be published in The Australian on Thursday 17
February 2011
25. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the Winner agrees to be interviewed, photographed and/or
filmed at any time during the acceptance of the prize by the Promoter or their agent. There is no
obligation upon the Promoter to use such images or footage but if the Promoter elects to do so, the
winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for the
purpose of promoting this competition, (including any outcome) on any television Program or by the
Promoter itself, for an unlimited period of time without remuneration.
26. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone
user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for
any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this
competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
27. If this competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason whatsoever, including but not
limited to, programming changes, technical failures (either in the administration of the promotion or the
broadcast of the television program), unauthorised intervention, fraud or any causes beyond the control
of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the conduct, administration, security, fairness or integrity of the
promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law
and subject to any written directions given by a regulatory authority, to: (a) modify, suspend, the terms
and conditions terminate or cancel the promotion; and/or (b) disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.
28. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each
entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest in and to their entry to the
Promoter. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that (a) each photograph/ clip/ material /
entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of
any third party, (b) if entering a clip/ photograph/ entry which includes an individual who is not
the entrant, the entrant has obtained permission from the individuals appearing in the clip
(including if the individual is a child – the child’s parent or legal guardian. The entrant agrees
to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of
the warranty set out in this condition. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop,
retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry and to use any of the entries
submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including for any future promotion, marketing and
publicity purposes.
29. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and all parties involved excludes all liability however
so arising (including all liability arising from negligence on the part of the Promoter or its officers,
employees or agents) for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential or for
personal injury which is suffered or sustained, by entrants or the winner, arising in any way of out of or
in connection with the promotion. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and companion)
may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter or Trader Classifieds in
their absolute discretion. Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations
(collectively Provisions) in relation to the Promoter’s provision of goods or services which cannot be
excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. If those Provisions apply, to the extent that
the Promoter or Trader Classifieds is entitled to do so, the Promoter limits its liability in respect of any
claim under those Provisions to, at the Promoter and Trader Classifieds option, the supply of the
relevant goods or services again or the payment of the costs of having the goods or services supplied
again.
30. By entering the Promotion an entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant's personal details for
the purposes of sending one (1) mobile terminated (MT) reply message per entry which includes a
confirmation of your entry in the Promotion AND may include details of a special offer made by one of
our partners.
31. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in
order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not
participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also
agrees that the Promoter may use this information, including the entry itself, in any media for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other
compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal
information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published
as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information
