Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By
participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must
comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees
and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and outlets
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. To enter purchase any carton of XXXX from a participating Thirsty Camel
outlet during the Promotional Period to receive your entry ticket. SMS the last
5 digits of the product barcode along with your full name and address to
19902653 during the Promotional Period. SMS cost is 55 cents including
GST. SMS entry is only open to consumers with a compatible mobile phone
connected to a service provider which permits premium text messaging to the
promotional SMS number. SMS entries submitted via the Internet are not
valid and will not be accepted. A return SMS will be sent to each entrant who
submits a valid SMS entry to confirm receipt of their entry.

Alternatively, visit www.thirstycamel.com.au and register for the
promotion during the Promotional Period as set out on the internet site.

Limit applies of one entry per person per day.

Entrants must retain a clear photocopy of all purchase receipt(s) for all entries
submitted. Receipts must be dated within the Promotional Period. If not, all
entries by the entrant may be declared invalid by the Promoter at its absolute
discretion.

4. The promotion commences at 00.01 EDT on 01/11/10 and closes at 23.59
EDT on 28/11/10, or while stocks of entry tickets last (“Promotional
Period”).

5. A draw will take place at 12.00 EDT on 30/11/10 at 403/62 Beach St, Port
Melbourne, Victoria, 3207. The first valid entry drawn will receive a prize.

6. Prize consists of a XXXX branded 1981 Leyland Moke (Moke 74A)
(RRP$45,500) including XXXX surfboard, XXXX Cooler, registration and
transfer of prize to winner’s place of residence. All other ancillary costs
including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST) and all on road
costs (other than those included as part of the prize) and any and all other
expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner will be notified by telephone and mail within two days of the draw,
and the name of prize winner (and address if the winner is from SA) will be
published in The Australian on 14/12/10.

8. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 02/03/11 at the same
time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prize.
Winner will be notified by telephone and mail within two days of the draw,
and the name of the prize winner (and address if the winner is from SA) will
be published in The Australian on 16/03/11.

9. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s
decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. Entries
will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in
any way.

10. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the
Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater
value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity,
residential address of entrants and any other information relevant to entry
into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the
Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide
information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is
otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with
the conduct of this promotion.

12. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Mini Moke and any other
third party prize suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any
loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of
Mini Moke and any other third party prize suppliers, or otherwise as a result
of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence),
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. Before the prize is awarded, the winner and any other person(s) sharing the
prize with the winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the
Promoter from and indemnify the Promoter against any liability arising from
the use or participation in the prize.

14. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic
beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies
including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible
service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.

15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or
for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of
technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If
such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the
approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or
suspend the promotion.

16. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting
this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local
lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the
promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By
entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as
described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose
it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment
to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal
