Citadines on Bourke Melbourne Tell A Friend Competition

1. Eligibility

a. The Competition comprises of a Tell a Friend Competition (collectively the “Competition”) and is organised by Ascott International Management (“Ascott”) (in Australia, Ascott International Management Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 20078223186) at Level 4, 250 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000 Australia) and is open to all people who enter via www.citadines.com.au during the applicable qualifying periods. The Competition shall be VOID in territories where such draws and/or participation in such draws are prohibited by and/or non-compliant with applicable law or regulation.

b. Employees (including immediate family of such employees, in employment during the qualifying periods of the Competition) of Ascott, CapitaLand Limited and Samuelson Talbot and Partners and all related companies shall not be eligible for the Competition.

c. All entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the Competition and residents of Australia.

2. Qualifying Periods

a. The qualifying period for the Tell a Friend Competition is from 1 June 2010 to 30 November 2010. Any entry outside this period shall not be taken into consideration.

3. Conducting Of Draws

a. The Tell a Friend Competition draw will be conducted monthly by a barrel draw in Australia at 5pm. Commencing 30 July 2010 to 30 November 2010.

b. Results will be announced on the 1st of every month commencing 1 August 2010 and ending 1 December 2010.

c. Every entry entitles entrant to ONE chance to win; entrant may enter competition as many times as they would like, when 5 new and valid email addresses are supplied.

d. The Tell a Friend Competition results will be announced on:

• 1 August 2010
• 1 September 2010
• 1 October 2010
• 1 November 2010
• 1 December 2010

e. The Competition draws will be conducted at Samuelson Talbot & Partners, level 1, 437 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004.

f. Winners will be notified by email. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited after 3 months from the date of the announcement of the winner. The prize so forfeited shall not entitle the winner to any compensation, notwithstanding non-receipt by winner of any notification. One main redraw will be conducted on 1 March 2011 for any unclaimed prizes.

g. The winners (Australian winners) of the Competition will be published in The Australian Newspaper on:

• 15 September 2010
• 15 October 2010
• 15 November 2010
• 15 December 2010

4. Prizes

a. Prizes valid for Tell a Friend for date and room type specified only on winning correspondence.

b. The prize for the Tell a Friend Competition is 1 x overnight accommodation at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne 131-135 Bourke Street, Victoria, Australia 3000, breakfast for two, sparkling wine on arrival. 5 in total will be awarded to the value of AUD$415 x 5 = AUD$2075.

c. All prizes are not exchangeable, for cash or otherwise, and are to be utilised in exchange for free room night’s stay only. All other expenses incurred during the stay are to be borne by the guest. Reservations for complimentary stays via Tell a Friend Competition must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

d. All prizes are non-transferable and may only be utilised by the winner.

e. Any stay at qualifying Residences pursuant to the prizes shall be pre-booked via Citadines.australia@the-ascott.com or (03) 9660 5454 or in any other manner as may be notified by Ascott. Room is subject to availability. The winner must present the original notification letter from Ascott pertaining to the award of the prize of the competition and his driver’s license or passport at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne when checking in.

5. Others

a. The prize will be valid for one month to claim. If Prize winner has not made contact to claim prize, prize will be null and void.

b. Prizes must be claimed at the place designated by Ascott in its absolute discretion and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which Ascott may in its sole and absolute discretion impose from time to time.

c. Promoter may only change any details included in T&Cs subject to approval from any relevant state authorities that issued a permit.

6. General

a. Ascott reserves the right to, at any time for whatever reason and without prior notice, (i) suspend, terminate and/or vary any of the prizes, whether prior to or after the Competition; (ii) withdraw the Competition; (iii) refuse acceptance of an entry without the need to furnish any explanation; and (iv) amend these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all participants shall be bound by these amendments. Subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.

b. The decision made by Ascott on all matters relating to the Competition shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

c. Ascott shall not be responsible for any claim, loss or damage arising from and in connection with any participation in the Competition by the guest and/or third party.

d. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions contained herein and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Competition, the terms contained herein shall prevail. e.
