This prize draw is open to Queensland residents aged 25 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. 3. Entries must be received by midnight on 20th December 2010. 4. Only one entry per person. 5. To enter fill in our details via the on line entry form 6. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 21st December 2010. The first entry drawn will be the winner. 7. The prize is use of a MINI for the weekend of winner’s choice (subject to availability). Excludes JCW Models. Vehicle is to be collected between 3:00pm and 4:30pm on Friday and returned to Brisbane MINI Garage on the following Monday before 10:00am in the same condition. Courtesy Loan Agreement Form must be signed by all drivers of the vehicle. Drivers must be over 25 years of age. A valid driver’s license must be sighted at the dealership for driver of the vehicle. Prize cannot be redeemed on public or school holidays. Kilometre restriction of 500 kms during the loan term. Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel, clean and clear of rubbish. 8. The winner will be notified via email or phone 23rd December. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. 9. To obtain details of the winner please email marketing@brisbaneminigarage.com.au stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading four weeks after the closing date. 10. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. 11. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity. 12.
