Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.
    * Competition for the Izona CoolDrawer commences on 09.11.10 and ends on 11.01.11 ("Promotional Period"). Final online entries close midnight 11.01.11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible or misdirected.

    * Entrants must tick ‘Yes' to having read the Terms and Conditions on the website.
    * Entrants must tell Fisher & Paykel in 25 words or less, ‘Where you would put an Izona CoolDrawer in your home and why?’ The most creative answer submitted will win a Fisher & Paykel Izona CoolDrawer valued at $3199 RRP. Entries will be judged on Thursday 13th January 2010 at 11:00AM at Fisher & Paykel Australia Pty Ltd (16 Parramatta Rd, Lidcombe NSW 2141) during the promotional period. All entries will be judged on creativity. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners will be notified by phone and email/post by 5:00PM Eastern Time Monday 17th January.
    * The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
