The total Prize pool value is up to $3,000. 16. The winner will receive a maximum of ten gifts purchased to the total value of $3,000. Entire package delivery applies to one address only on the Gold Coast, Australia. 17. Presents will be delivered no later than Monday 20 December 2010 during business hours. 18. Where part or all of the prize comprises a voucher or vouchers, then any vouchers will only be valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. The Draw and How to Claim your Prize 20. Judging of the Entries will take place at 10:00 am on Friday 3 December 2010 at the offices of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre Management, Hooker Boulevard, Broadbeach Qld 4218. The winner will be notified by e-mail and telephone within 24 hours of the draw and their name will be published on the following website: WWW.PACIFICFAIR.COM.AU. The promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in circumstances where the telephone number and e-mail address provided by the entrant are not valid, functioning or fails to advise the winner of their selection. 21. Following notification regarding the prize reward, the winner will be required to detail to Pacific Fair Marketing the maximum ten gifts for purchase from Pacific Fair retailers and names of gift recipients. 22. The judging will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter who will determine the most creative and relevant answer to the question. This is a Game of Skill and no element of chance will be involved in the determination of the winner. Once the winners have been judged no further correspondence will be entered into. 23. To claim the prize, the winner must provide personal identification to confirm their identity and their details must match the competition entry details.
