Your chance to win a Ticketek voucher valued at $200! Terms and Conditions Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. The competition is being run by MDA National Insurance Pty Ltd (ABN 56 058 271 417) of Level 3, 516 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008, Ph 02 9023 3300 (‘MDA National’). The competition commences at 12.01am (AEST) on Wednesday 11th August 2010 and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 31st December 2010 (‘Competition Period’) The competition is only open to medical students (‘Eligible Entrant’). Entry is not open to MDA National employees, their immediate families and affiliated other parties. Entry is limited to one entry per Eligible Entrant. MDA National is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or misdirected entry whether due to error or otherwise. The prize will be drawn at 10am (AEST) on Friday 7th January 2011 (‘Draw Date’) at MDA National’s Sydney office at Ground Level, AMA House, 69 Christie Street, St Leonards, NSW 2065. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within two days of the draw date to arrange delivery of the prize. The winner’s name will be published in the following edition of Student E-News. There will be one prize issued. The first person drawn from all Eligible Entrants will win a Ticketek Gift Voucher valued at $200. The winner can redeem their $200 Ticketek Gift Voucher at any participating Ticketek venue. Ticketek Gift Voucher Conditions apply. Conditions may change at Ticketek’s discretion. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed by MDA National) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash or other than as stated in the voucher. The prize will be deemed to be unclaimed if MDA National’s reasonable attempts to contact the winner via the telephone and/or email during normal working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm (AEST) are unsuccessful. If the prize remains unclaimed by Thursday 7th April 2011, a second chance draw will take place on 10am (AEST) on Friday 8th April 2011 at MDA National’s Sydney office, Ground Level, AMA House, 69 Christie Street, St Leonards NSW 2065 subject to any written directions given under applicable law. The second chance draw winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email within two days of the draw date to arrange delivery of the prize. The second chance draw winner’s name will be published in the next edition of Student E-News. MDA National and its related bodies, corporate and its respective officers, employees, and Ticketek, will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The prize winner must, on request by MDA National, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of MDA National, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
