Get Him To The Greek
 

   1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry.
   2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015.
   3. The competition commences 3rd November 2010 and ends 6th December 2010 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 20th December 2010 at 4pm.
   4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “Get Him To The Greek”.  Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry.
   5. To enter customers must rent or buy “Get Him To The Greek” during the promotion period (3rd November 2010 and 6th December 2010) at Civic Video Pty Ltd., complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au.
   6. The first valid entry drawn will win A Logitech “whiz bang” prize pack including an Advanced Universal Remote (Harmony 900), Laptop Speakers (Z205), a Notebook Kit (MK605), Portable Speakers (S715i), Portable Webcam (2.0 MP C905), a Speaker Lapdesk (N700), a Speaker System (Z-500 Digital), Ultimate Ears (700), a Wireless Gaming Headset (G930) and a Wireless Keyboard (K340) plus $1,000 worth of Universal DVDs and $2,000 to spend at Getmusic.com.au valued at up to $5948.55.
   7. The next 3 valid entries drawn will win $500 worth of Universal DVDs including Get Him To the Greek plus $1000 in CDs, DVDs and merchandise thanks to Getmusic.com.au, including the official Get Him To The Greek movie soundtrack valued at $1500.
   8. Total prize pool is valued at up to $10448.55.
   9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize.
  10. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 3rd January 2011.
  11. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on 28th March 2011 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 11th April 2011.
  12. Normal membership conditions apply.
  13. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.  Identification considered suitable for verification will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
