1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Promotion commences at 9:01am AEDST on 10/11/10 and finishes at 4:59pm AEDST on 12/12/10 ("Promotion Period").

3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are aged over the age of 18 years of age, and are the parent or guardian of a child aged 8-14 years old. . The child must be between the ages of 8 to 14 at the commencement of the promotion. In these terms and conditions "guardian" does not mean "legal guardian" but could include step-parent, aunt, uncle, sibling, cousin and/or family friend. For the purposes of these terms and conditions the parent/guardian is the entrant.

4. Employees and their immediate families of Kellogg (Aust) Pty Ltd and its associated parties are ineligible to enter the promotion. "Associated Parties" include without limitation, the agents and contractors of Kellogg that are involved in: (a) the promotion (including without limitation its development and conduct); and (b) the manufacture or distribution (up to the retailers) of Kellogg’s products (including without limitation the manufacture of packaging). By entering this promotion you represent that you are eligible to enter.

5. To enter, entrants are required to visit the kelloggslittlechefs.com.au website and complete the on-line entry form. Entrants will be required to provide Kellogg with their personal and contact details (including phone number and email address); personal details of the child (which will include the full name of the child as well as their date of birth); their original Chocolate Crackles Recipe (see condition 6); the two photographs (see condition 6) and their answer to the question (max 250 characters) "What makes your Chocolate Crackles Recipe the best?". Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. Any incomplete or incomprehensible entries will also be deemed invalid and as such disregarded.

6. To enter, entrants are required with the involvement and assistance of the child to make an innovative version of a Chocolate Crackles Recipe. The recipe must include Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles® cereal and the finished product must consist of single servings. A copy of the Original Kellogg’s Chocolate Crackles® rice treat Recipe is provided on the kelloggslittlechefs.com.au competition website for reference . Any ingredients (excluding Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles® cereal) may be added or subtracted. The only two requirements are that the recipe must contain Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles® cereal and the end product must consist of single servings. "Single servings" means an individual serve size that is suitable for 1 person as a snack. For an entry to be valid, a copy of the recipe (including ingredients and method/instructions) as well as two photographs are required to be uploaded to the kelloggslittlechefs.com.au website page. The first photograph is to be of the finished product and the second photo is to be of the child, the entrant (ie the parent/ guardian of the child) and the finished product. Photographs may include any design elements provided that they are determined by Kellogg to be entertaining, creative, and original but must not be digitally modified or enhanced. The photographs must be submitted in a jpg or gif file format, be no bigger in file size than 5MB and must be the original work of the parent/guardian of the entrant.

7. Consumers may enter as many times as they like, however, each entry must comprise of a different recipe and different photograph to that which was previously entered.

8. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the user’s individual Internet Service Provider.

9. Prizes will only be provided once eligibility to enter has been confirmed, including the age of the child . In the event that the parent/guardian cannot provide suitable proof of the child’s age, name and address the prize in whole will be forfeited and no substitute will be offered or awarded to another person other than in relation to the major prize. Where the major prize is forfeited then the major prize will be awarded to the entrant whose entry was judged by the judging panel as being the next best.

10. Entrants acknowledge that their entry will be uploaded to the kelloggslittlechefs.com.au photo gallery section of the competition website and the public will be invited to vote on the entries. While the promoter will use its best endeavours to upload entries as soon as possible, there may be a delay in loading entries.

11. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. There is one major prize to be won and 5 minor prizes.

12. There will be five finalists selected based on the number of votes received. The top five entrants with the highest number of votes will then be eligible for the final round judging. In the event of a tie (ie, there are more than 5 entrants with the highest number of votes) then those entrants with the highest number of votes will have their recipe judged in accordance with clause 15 to determine the top 5 finalists. For example, if 3 entrants have 100 votes and 4 entrants have 99 votes, then those 7 entrants will have their recipes judged to select the top 5. The top 5 finalists will be announced on-line on Wednesday, 15 December 2010 at 1:00pm (AEDST) and their entries will be displayed on the website The finalists' parent or guardian will be notified by telephone and email within 2 days.

13. The Top Five finalists will each receive $200 worth of shopping vouchers for their nominated supermarket or department store.

14. Judging for the major prize will be undertaken on Monday 20th December. All judging of eligible entrants will be undertaken by Kellogg representatives at the premises of Kellogg (Aust) 41-51 Wentworth Avenue, Pagewood NSW 2019 Australia. The winner will be announced online on the kelloggslittlechefs.com.au website on Tuesday 21 December 2010 at 9:00am (AEDST) and their entry displayed on the website. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within 2 days of the judging. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The final round entrants will be judged on their Creativity, Originality, Taste, Appearance & Presentation of the food and ingredients. Each final round entrant’s recipe will be reproduced in the Kellogg kitchen and then judged by a panel of 5 Kellogg representatives.

16. There is one major prize to be won. The major winner will receive: $5,000 worth of shopping vouchers for their nominated supermarket or department store, and 1 x year supply of Kellogg Cereal (A total of 16 Cases of assorted Kellogg cereal brands as selected by Kellogg to be delivered in increments of 4 cases 4 times a year). Assorted cereal brands include Kellogg’s® Sultana Bran, Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles, Kellogg’s® Corn Flakes and Kellogg’s® Just Right.

17. The winning recipe will, subject to Kellogg's marketing program and production schedule, feature on the Kellogg's® Rice Bubbles® cereal packs (850g size) in 2011 and the winner's child will be named Kellogg's Little Chef.

18. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable. Vouchers are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the issuing store, and may be subject to expiry dates.

19. To the extent permitted by law, Kellogg's liability in relation to this promotion and/or any of the prizes is limited to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won.

20. Entries that are or include obscene, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, unsuitable, or infringing content as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion will be deemed invalid, are not acceptable and not eligible to win.

21. Entries not fully complying with these terms and conditions of entry will be deemed invalid and are not acceptable and not eligible to win.

22. In the case where there are multiple people featured in a photograph the entrant acknowledges that they have received permission from all people in the photo to use their likeness for the purpose of this promotion and waive all rights in accordance with their terms and conditions. Only 1 child within the image can be nominated as the child.

23. All prizes will be awarded to the entrant and not the child.

24. The Promoter and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any breach of contract or infringement of copyright or any other intellectual property right which arises as a result of the acceptance of entries into this contest. Each entrant will take full responsibility for any such claims made in relation to his/her entry.

25. Each entrant agrees that his/her recipe is original and does not infringe any other person's right(s) including copyright.

26. Each entrant grants Kellogg and Kellogg's related bodies corporate, a royalty free, non-exclusive, perpetual and worldwide license to use and reproduce the recipe entered (including a right to authorise third parties to reproduce or use such recipe) in any and all formats and media.

27. The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

28. Should an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

29. Kellogg reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process (including fraud). Kellogg is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. Entrants consent to Kellogg using your personal information provided by your entry to undertake any investigation that Kellogg requires to determine whether there has been a tampering with the entry process.

30. Subject to any applicable law in the event of technical malfunction or any other matter that interferes with or has the potential to interfere with the proper conduct of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion.

31. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received by Kellogg. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.

32. The promoter and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
