Terms and Conditions

1. Every new person that signs up to My Bing Lee will receive one entry to win up to $1000 online store credit to spend at http://www.binglee.com.au (http://www.binglee.com.au). Store credit only redeemable at binglee.com.au.

2. There are three conditions necessary to be eligible for the prize:
(i) The winner must be a registered user of the website to receive $250 online store credit.
(ii) If they are also a Facebook fan they will receive a further $750, but this is only possible if the first condition is met.
(iii) Users have met the above two conditions on or before the 11:59pm on the 10th of December 2010.

3. The three winners will be judged based on the answer they have given in 25 words or less according to the following criteria: Best answer based on the relevancy to Bing Lee Products, best answer based on the notion of charitable giving, best answer based on uniqueness and creativity.

4. Entries are open from 9am 11th of November and entries close 11:59pm EST on Friday 10 December 2010.

5. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

7. The decision will take place at level 1, 702 Woodville Rd, Old Guildford NSW 2161 on Monday 13 December at 9:30am EST.

8. Should the prizes remain unclaimed or the winner remain un-contactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of draw, a redraw will be conducted at the original draw location Monday 14 March 2011 at mid day EST. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and their name will be published on the Bing Lee website www.binglee.com.au (http://www.binglee.com.au), and the Facebook fan page on Tuesday 14th December.

10. Each Bing Lee Online store voucher is valued at $1000. There will be 3 of these Sydney $1000 Bing Lee Online store vouchers to be won. A total value of $3000 recommended retail price (RRP)

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

12. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. Prize pack, including any unused portions, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

15. The promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.

16. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
