TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:


-Information on prizes and How To Enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions.
-Entry is exclusive to Australian residents.  Employees and immediate family members of Napoleon Perdis staff are exempt from entry.
-The competition is considered a game of skill.
-Entry is available via the Napoleon Perdis e-newsletter and via the website www.napoleonperdis.com. All entrants are required to provide name, email, address, and a mobile telephone number. 
-By entering this competition all entrants understand they are competing to win One Major Prize; Two (x2) Return Economy Class Airfares to Hamilton Island flying Virgin Blue, three-nights (3) Accommodation at the Reef View Hotel, Transfers to and from the Reef Hotel, Breakfast for two, One spa session At the Reef Hotel, 2 x Pair of Seafolly Swimwear, 2 x Seafolly Beach Totes & Towels. The 10 x Runner Up winners will receive 1 x Siren Lipgloss pack.
-Major Prize includes use of scheduled ‘Island Shuttle’ service, catamarans, paddle skis, windsurfers and snorkelling equipment, gym, spa, sauna, tennis & squash court hire.
-The Major Prize is valued at $2600.00 AUD and the Runner Up prizes are valued at $49.00 AUD each.
-All runner-up winners will be contacted by email and receive prize in the mail within standard postage delivery times (AUST. wide). 
-The Major Prize is valid for two (2) people only and is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash.
-The Major Prize is valid for travel up to 15 October 2011.
-The Major Prize must be redeemed within the validity period or prize will be forfeited.
-The Major Prize is subject to availability and is not available over restricted travel dates (Festive Season/school holidays: 23 Dec 10 – 27 Jan 11,  Hamilton Cup: 16-19 June 11, Race Week: 19-27 Aug 11 and all School Holidays)
-Please note all bookings must be made no later than 14 days prior to travel.
-Any additional incidental charges such as meals (other than those specified), mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, etc., charged to your room are at your expense and should be settled prior to departure.   
-The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided on competition entry. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and accurate contact details, including phone, email, mailing address and postcode.
-If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the Promoter’s discretion.
-The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner. Prize values are in Australian dollars at the recommended retail value including GST as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
-The competition opens Friday 5th November, 2010 and closes Sunday 19th December, 2010 at 23:59 (EST). Winners will be decided based on skill and originality at the promoter’s premises (90 Euston Rd, Alexandria 2015) on Thursday 23rd December, 2010 at 10am.
-The winners will be notified by phone on Friday 24th December, 2010 where instructions for prize redemption will be provided. If the Promoter is unable to contact any of the selected winners within 4 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
-In determining eligibility or winning entries, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
-Winners must make their own travel arrangements to and from the airport. Transfers are not included in the Prize and must be paid by the winner if they chose to accept the prize.
-The Promoter is not responsible for any misdirected or lost entries.
-All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries details inclusive of the entrant’s personal information will be entered into a database and the Promoters may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes only if the entrant has agreed to accept marketing material or other communications from the Promoter.
