ELLA BACHÉ – Ultra Rich Body Cleanser competition

   1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. To enter, participants are required to provide their details and answer in 25 words or less what they think about Ella Baché Ultra Rich Body Cleanser All entries are via www.ellabache.com.au. Eligible participants will be required to provide their own name, address, postcode, telephone number, email and 25 words or less answer to complete their entry. Incomplete entries will be ineligible.
   2. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia.
   3. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
   4. The judging of the entries will commence on 29th November 2010 at 10am (EST) at 2 Lambs Road Artarmon NSW 2064. Entries will be selected by a panel of judges and will be determined based on creativity and wit of words only of their 25 words or less answer. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
   5. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
   6. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
   7. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
   8. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
   9. Employees and their immediate families of Hallas Trading Co. Pty Ltd and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
  10. All winners will be notified within 21 days from the draw date by Hallas Trading Co. Pty Ltd.
  11. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
  12. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  13. Hallas Trading Co Pty Ltd and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
  14. The competition commences on 1st of November 2010 00:01 (EST) and concludes on 28th of November 2010 23:59 (EST).
  15. All entries become the property of the promoter. All winning entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the winners' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
  16. Prizes and values are as follows:

      Total prize pool: 10 x  $39.00 = $390.00
      Choice of Ella Baché products are at the discretion of the promoter.
  17. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
