Everyday Rewards Supermarket Sweep promotion - Terms & Conditions of Entry

1.Everyday Rewards Supermarket Sweep promotion (the "Promotion") is a promotion conducted under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.

2.Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

3.The Promotion is open to all Registered Everyday Rewards members. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors, management and employees of Salmat Limited and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

4.Definitions within this Promotion:
a) Card
means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday Rewards Program
b) Registered Cardholder
means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card, and who is Registered according to the Everyday Rewards Program database.
c) Promotion
means the Everyday Rewards promotion governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
d) Promotion Period
means 15/11/2010 00:01 till 28/11/2010 23:59 AEDST.
e) Eligible Entry
means any Registered Everyday Rewards cardholder
f) Promoter

5.The Promotion commences Monday 15th November 2010 00:01 & closes Sunday 28th November 2010 23:59 Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("AEDST") ("Promotion Period").

6.To be eligible to enter the prize draw, entrants must visit http://everydaypeople.everydaypromos.com.au during the Promotion Period and follow the on screen instructions to complete the interactive rewards game. ("Eligible Entry"). When the Registered Cardholder completes the interactive rewards game, they will receive automatic entry into the draw, limited to a maximum of 1 (one) entry during the promotion period. If the Registered Cardholder completes the steps to refer a friend, they will receive a bonus entry for each friend they refer, limited to a maximum of 5 (five) bonus entries during the promotion period.

7.Eligible Entrants will receive a bonus entry into the major prize draw for every friend they refer. Limited to a maximum of 5 (five) bonus entries during the promotion period. Bonus entries are in addition to the automatic entry that a customer is eligible to receive during the promotion period. The maximum number of entries, per Registered Cardholder, into the prize draw, will be 6 (six).

8.Prize winners will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. The prize draw will take place on 02/12/10 at 11:00am AEDST at Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. There will be 101 (one hundred and one) winners drawn. The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner of the major prize which comprises of 20 x $500 Wish Gift Cards. The subsequent 100 (one hundred) valid entries randomly drawn will be the winners of the minor prize offered. The minor prize consists of a $100 WISH Gift Card, which will be awarded to each minor prize winner. There is 1 (one) prize of 20 x $500 WISH Gift Cards to be won. 100 runner up prizes of 1 (one) $100 WISH Gift Card. The total value of all prizes is $20,000. Winners will be notified in writing and will be published on http://everydaypeople.everydaypromos.com.au on 08/12/10 at 16:00 AEDST.The major prize winner will have their name and state published in The Australian on 10/12/2010.

9.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for otherwise submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

10.If any prizes remain unclaimed by close of business on 11/03/2011 an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 16/03/2011 at 11:00 AEDST Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 and winners will be notified in writing. If in the case that the major prize is unclaimed and an unclaimed prize draw takes place, the major prize winner drawn will have their details published in The Australian on 22/03/11 subject to regulatory authority.

11.Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

12.WISH Gift Cards can be used at participating Woolworths and Safeway Supermarkets, CALTEX WOOLWORTHS and CALTEX SAFEWAY co-branded outlets, Woolworths Online, BIG W, Dick Smith, Tandy, Woolworths Liquor, BWS, or Dan Murphy's stores. 13.It is the entrant’s responsibility to advise the Promoter of any change of personal details.

14.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.

15.The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).

16.The Promoter may use any personal information that an entrant has provided to it as part of the promotion or Everyday Rewards Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner's surname, initial and state. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at the Website. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about them, entrants can contact the Promoter in writing at Everyday Rewards, PO Box 8000, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153.

17.Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Woolworths Ltd privacy policy which can be at www.woolworths.com.au/AboutUs/PrivacyPolicy.

18.In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
