Entry is open to anyone however you must have an original coupon from this Tasmanian newspaper.

This post is for Week 2.  It appears to be a weekly competition, but the T&C's are general for all their competitions and there is no published end date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Unless otherwise specified entry to competitions and promotions is free with the purchase of copies of The Examiner and/or The Sunday Examiner carrying the competition coupon.

2. Entries submitted on discarded newspapers or newspapers intended for recycling or reseller returns are not eligible. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.


3. To be eligible, an entry must be on an official original entry coupon published in The Examiner and/or The Sunday Examiner. Any copies, facsimiles or reproductions will not be accepted.


4. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.


5. Entries must be received by the closing date and time stated on the entry coupon or in separate Terms and Conditions indicated on the entry coupon or as otherwise specified.


6. Employees and their immediate families of The Examiner Newspaper Pty Ltd and the promoter and their agents and contractors are not eligible to enter.


7. Prizes are not transferable for cash. Winners will be notified by mail and arrangements made for receipt of prizes, unless otherwise specified. Winners’ names will also be published in Public Notices.


8. Winners agree to publication of their names and photographs.


9. The promoters and their employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with any competition, the promotion of any competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


10. The judges’ and/or independent auditors’ decision is final.


11. Participation in the competitions and/or promotions signifies acceptance of these conditions and any other conditions specified for individual competitions and/or promotions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions for Competitions and Promotions prevail.
