lastminute.com.au Win A Getaway On Norfolk Island Game of Skill Competition

1. The Promoter is lastminute.com.au Pty Limited ABN 34091825142, level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.

2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.

5. The promotion commences at 9am AEST, 15 November 2010 and closes at midnight AEST, Sun 19 December 2010.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Should more than one entry be submitted, only the first entry will be considered for the promotion, with additional entries deleted.

7. To enter the promotion, participants must answer in 25 words or less "what you'd most like to experience on Norfolk Island".

8. The answer to “what you'd most like to experience on Norfolk Island” that is judged best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner. This judging will take place at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 9am AEST, Monday 1 November 2010. The winner will receive:

• Return flights for two adults to Norfolk Island from their nearest capital city
• Three nights’ accommodation for two adults in one bedroom at Broad Leaf Villas.

9. The prize will be arranged by the Promoter. Specific flight and accommodation details, namely airline, flight times and/or hotel, are at the discretion of the Promoter.

10. The winner must give at least 21 days notice of proposed commencement of travel. All travel must be completed no later than 31 March 2011.

11. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner, including transfers, spending money, and any incidental, non room-only charges including but not limited to room service, telephone calls and internet usage.

12. Should the winner be uncontactable by 9am AEST, Monday 31 January 2010, the answer to ”what you'd most like to experience on Norfolk Island” that is judged second best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner at 9:05am AEST, Monday 31 December 2010 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2010.

13. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.

14. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and, if any component of the prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by the winner, the Promoter will consult with the winner to determine alternative dates on which the prize will be booked.

15. Not valid on Public Holidays or during Norfolk Island special event periods.

16. Once tickets have been arranged by the Promoter, changes to the travel or accommodation arrangements are at the expense of the winner.

17. All components of the prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter.

18. The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$3,000.

19. The winner will be notified on the day of the judge’s decision. The winner’s details will also be published at www.lastminute.com.au on Monday 20 December 2010 for a period of three months.

20. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.

22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

23. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.

24. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.

25. In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect your name, telephone number and email address. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion.

26. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes.
