Michael Bublé Concert Package

1. This promotion is open only to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18years and over and opens on 10th November 2010. Entries close 5.00pm EST 17th January 2011. The prizes will be drawn at 80 Bay Street Ultimo NSW 2007

2. The prize winners will be notified in writing immediately after the judging and a complete list of winners will be notified by email & the winner name will be available on both websites

3. The enclosed promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these rules. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must reply in accordance with the conditions specified in this promotion. All eligible responses/entries will have an equal chance to win.

4. Employees of Reader's Digest Australia Pty Ltd, Madman Entertainment, or any of its related advertising agencies or suppliers and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. Prizes will be awarded to the entries deemed the most original and creative. The top entry deemed the most creative as judged by Reader’s Digest will win a Michael Buble concert package including: 2 tickets to his Sydney concert; one night’s accommodation and flights from your nearest capital city. The runner up prize pack consists of a signed poster and Michael Buble: Special Edition Collection CD & DVD Set and will be given to the 2nd most creative response.

6. Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that any component of a prize is unavailable for any reason, subject to State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize component with another prize of equal value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly. If a Prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of such tax.

7. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
