Reader's Digest 12 Days of Christmas

1.    This promotion is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over and opens on 17 November 2010. Entries close 5.00pm EST 10 December 2010. The prizes will be drawn at 80 Bay Street Ultimo NSW 2007 14 December 2010 at 10.30 a.m. The promoter may conduct such further judging at the same place as the original judging as is necessary on 10 January 2011 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. The promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.

2.    The prize winners will be notified in writing immediately after the judging and a complete list of winners will be available at www.readersdigest.com.au from 20 December 2010 to 20 January 2011.

3.    The enclosed promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these rules. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must reply in accordance with the conditions specified in this promotion. All eligible responses/entries will have an equal chance to win.

7.    Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that any component of a prize is unavailable for any reason, subject to State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize component with another prize of equal value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly. If a Prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of such tax.

8.    The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All responses/entries become the property of the promoter.
