Terms and Conditions

      The Promoter is Mix101.1 –Double T Radio Pty Ltd ABN 61 003 181 244 of Level 2, 21-31Goodwood Street, Richmond 3121.

            Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Any general competition rules or terms and conditions of any of the Radio Stations do not apply to the Promotion.

         2.


            Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.

         3.


            Entry is open to residents of Victoria only. Entrance is only open to people over the age of 18 years.

         4.


            Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. Any person who has won one or more prizes with a total value of more than $100 from the Promoter, or any radio station owned by the Promoter (including any of the Radio Stations), in any promotion within 30 days of the commencement date of this Promotion is ineligible to enter.

            If the Promoter becomes aware that an entry is invalid after the Prize Draw, it reserves the right to require the winner to return the Prize or pay the equivalent value to the Promoter.

            The Promotion commences 6:00AM AEDST Monday 22nd November 2010 and concludes 11.59PM AEDST Sunday 28th November 2010 (“Promotional Period”).

            To enter, listeners must log onto www.mix1011.com.auduring the promotional period and register their personal details to be in the running to win. They must also tell us in 25 words or less their favourite Haigh’s Chocolate from the selection provided and why. From the pool of valid entries, one winner will be selected based on the creativity of their entry and awarded the Chocolate Decadence Prize Package. 5 Runners up will also be selected based on the creativity of their entry to be awarded a Haigh’s Chocolate’s Hamper.

            Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.

            The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant, including any entrant who tampers with the entry process or uses techniques designed to submit multiple entries.

      Entrants agree to the use of their image, name, suburb of residence, voice and likeness for publicity regarding the Promotion and acknowledge that it is a condition of taking the prize that all persons taking part agree.

      The total prize pool is valued at:$1,500 AUD

      Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.

      The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using this prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

      The Promoter takes no responsibility for the prizes becoming lost or stolen after it has been collected by and released to the entrant.

      The major winner will be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in favour of the Promoter in respect to the prize, in the form determined by the Promoter.

      All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at the websites of the Radio Stations.

      The Promoter may refuse to allow a winner (and companions) to take part in any or all aspects of a prize if the Promoter determines that the winner or companions are not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate.

      All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

      A member of Mix101.1 will contact the major prize winner by phone. They will then be required to pick up their prize in person from the Mix101.1 Studios during standard business hours located at Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, RICHMOND 3121.

      If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
