If you’re still scrambling to think of a gift for your kids, grandkids or nieces and nephews why not make Christmas truly magical this year by taking them to Disney Live! presents Three Classic Fairy Tales.

The show presents the classic tales of three treasured Disney Princesses - Cinderella, Snow White and Belle - through the eyes of Mickey and friends and will be performed at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, January 14 to 16, 2011.

Children will be able to follow the Princesses through their enchanted journey to the ``happily ever after’‘.

It all starts when Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald and Goofy find a magical storybook hidden among a treasure trove of belongings from classic Disney tales. The objects lead them to three classic stories featuring Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast.

Cumberland Courier Newspapers is giving readers the chance to win one of five A Reserve family passes, valued at $115 each, to the opening show on Friday, January 14, 2011, at 4pm. Each winning family will also be treated to a meet-and-greet session with cast from the show on the opening day.

Winners will be notified by mail.

Any personal information you provide will be used for this competition alone, will not be provided to any third party and will be destroyed following this competition.

1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 9.01am Monday, November 22 AEST and closes 4.59pm Wednesday, December 1 AEST .
4. To enter, log on to your participating local Cumberland Courier Newspaper website, follow the prompts tell us in 25 words or less who your favourite Disney Princess is and why. Also enter your valid name, address, email address and daytime phone number OR write your answer and your valid name, address, email address and telephone number on the back of an envelope and send to `Disney Princesses’ competition, PO BOX 662, Parramatta CBD DC, NSW 2124. One entry per person only.
5. Prize is a family pass prize pack to Disney Live! presents Three Classic Fairy Tales worth $115 only. Five (5) prizes to be won in total.
6. The competition will be drawn at 12pm Thursday December 2 AEST
7. This is a promotion based on skill, with winners picked based on humour, creativity and originality of their answer. Winners will be notified by mail. The judge’s decision is final.
8. All competitions are conducted at 142-154 Macquarie St, Parramatta, NSW 2150.
9. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $575.00 AUD only.
10. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.

12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
14. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
