1. Entry and participation is free by way of subscribing to the promoters email newsletter, and is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, other than the members, employees and their families of Yarra Ranges Regional Marketing Ltd and Tourism Victoria.
2. The promoter is Yarra Ranges Regional Marketing Ltd ABN 88 120 061 109
3. By entering this competition the entrant acknowledges that Yarra Ranges Regional Marketing Ltd may use the information gathered for promotional purposes and may provide this information to Tourism Victoria.
4. A valid email address must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
5. One winning entry will be drawn.
6. Package is for two people, twin share.
7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. Accommodation is based on four (4) nights midweek stay, accommodation and activities are subject to availability. This is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize valid for 2011 only.
9. Entries close 5pm, Wednesday 15th December 2010 (AEST).
10. The winners will be drawn on Thursday 16th December 2010 at 3pm at the offices of Yarra Ranges Regional Marketing Ltd, 12/38-40 Bell Street, Yarra Glen, Victoria.
11. The winners will be notified by email.
12. The winner must claim the prize within two weeks of being notified that you have won. Failure to claim the prize within two weeks will result in a redraw.
13. The judges’ draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Entries will become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
15. Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
