Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the
competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents.
3. The promotion commences 21st November 2010 and closes 17th December, 2010. (“Promotional
Period”).
4. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, complete the entry
form online at www.aftpharm.com Limited to 1 entry per person.
5. The draw will take place on 21st December, 2010 at 2.00pm at AFT Pharmaceuticals, Level 1, 296
Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove, NSW 2066.
6. The first 100 eligible entries drawn will receive an Ellgy h20 250ml Extra Gentle Foaming Cleanser
valued at $13.99 RRP. Total prize pool value $1399.00.
7. Winners will be notified in writing and their names published on the website by the 30th December,
2010.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not
exchangeable for cash or transferable.
9. If required an unclaimed prize draw will take place at AFT Pharmaceuticals, Level 1, 296 Burns Bay
Road, Lane Cove, NSW 2066 on 5th April, 2011 at 2.00pm and winner will have their name
published on the website by 12th April, 2011.
10. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this
competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition.
