FDVD #21 Competition - Conditions of Entry
1. The conditions of entry relate to The Fishing DVD #21 Competition to win a Rosco Caninghi and Minn Kota Motor worth over $5000. 1 winner will be chosen. 
2. By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these Conditions of Entry.
3.  Entrants need to subscribe to the Fishing DVD, and fill in our survey and questions for a chance to win. Existing subscribers need only fill out the survey and questions. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. 
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. The Promoter is Offshore Productions, 4/48 Mary St Noosaville, Qld, 4566 (ABN 56 077 093 835). 
5.  The competition closes on 11/02/11. The winner will be selected, having regard to creativity and originality, on 14/02/11at the offices of Offshore Productions.
6. The winner will be notified by phone or email, and details posted on www.fishingdvd.com.au
7. Winner will be selected by a panel of judges. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your prize. 
9.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash
