The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). No correspondence will be entered into. 5. All prizes or notification of prizes will be made within 30 days of the draw date. If the prize consists of alcoholic products, then all entrants must be over the age of 18: If the prize consists of a holiday or travel prize, then passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points and all other ancillary costs are the winner\'s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Holidays are subject to flight and booking availabilities. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult travelling: If the prize consists of a car, then the prizewinner must hold a current Australian driver\'s license; otherwise the car will be registered in the name of a parent/guardian. The promoter and sponsor take no responsibility for petrol, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage from date of delivery.
