All images must be original and must not infringe the copyright of any third party. By entering the Competition and uploading an image, each entrant warrants that: (a) Their entry (including any image) is their own original work; (b) The image submitted must be taken of a Christmas tree owned by the entrant or the entrant must have the express permission from the owner of the Christmas tree in writing; (c) They own all rights in the image submitted; and (d) They agree to indemnify the Promoter against any loss suffered by the Promoter in the event this warranty is false. In the sole discretion of the Promoter, if the Promoter reasonably believes that an entrant has infringed the intellectual property rights of any third party, that entrant will be disqualified without notice. 8. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant automatically to vote repeatedly is prohibited ("Repeat Entry Device"). PRIZE 11. There are 8 x Saeco Odea Giro Plus Cappuccino Coffee machines to be won. Each prize is valued at $1,199 (the "Prize"). The Prize includes delivery to the Prize winner's residential address. 12. The total maximum Prize pool value is $9,592 (8 x Prizes valued at $1,199 each). The Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing date and date the Prize is claimed. All Prize values are in Australian dollars. 13. The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prizes or any element of the Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prize/s. Each entry can only win once regardless of category. In the event of a tie, it will be at the discretion of The LifeStyle Channels to determine the winner. GENERAL 18.
