The promoter is (jointly and severally where applicable) Austereo Pty Ltd (ABN 85 007 914 641) trading as:
SAFM of 128 Greenhill Road, Unley SA 5061
(the “Promoter”).

ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will take place between 7am and 4pm on Saturday 4th December 2010 to Sunday 5th December 2010 only (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- South Australia
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
At various times on each Contesting Day listeners will be asked to call 13 10 60 when they hear a nominated audio grab of Kesha talking to Hamish and Andy and/or Hayley, Craig and Rabbit (“Cue to Call”).
Once the Cue to Call has gone to air, the Promoter will select one (1) caller who has rang in first and they will win the prize (the “Contestant”)

Prizes will be awarded in accordance with Item 8.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be five (5) prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
o Two (2) x tickets to Kesha, Wednesday 16th March 2011 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
Total Value of the Prize: $159.80 (x5)
Total Value of all Prizes: $799.00
