TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1.     ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1    Information on how to enter the competition and prizes form part of these Terms.

1.2    By entering the competition, you are deemed to accept these Terms.
 
2.     ELIGIBILITY
2.1    Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who have a valid EziBuy online profile.
2.2    EziBuy Group employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.

3.     ENTRY
3.1    The competition commences on 00:01 (AEDST) on 03 December 2010 and concludes at 23:59 (AEDST) on 13 December 2010 ("Promotion Period").
3.2    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
3.3    To enter, participants must collect a letter per day from the Countdown to Christmas campaign emails, during the Promotion Period, unscramble those letters to make a word, and email the word along with their name, EziBuy customer number and contact phone number to: countdown@ezibuy.co.nz.
3.4    Multiple entries are not permitted.
3.5    Entries may be submitted at any time during the promotional period.

4.     PRIZES AND WINNING
4.1    The prize draw will take place at Oxygen Interactive Marketing Level 1, 16 Palmer Parade, Cremorne VIC 3121, Australia at 10:00 (AEDST) on December 15 2010.
4.2    The first 25 entries drawn from the list of valid emails received during the Promotional Period will win a Major Prize of a $100 EziBuy Gift Card ("Gift Card"). Total prize pool is valued at $2,500 AUD / NZD.
4.3    The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for Ezibuy Gift Cards.
4.4    The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the issue date and is subject to its own terms and conditions.
4.5    The Gift Card is not transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
4.6    Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
4.7    The winners will be notified by telephone or writing using the details provided upon entry within 2 days of the prize draw.
4.8    The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.9    The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to any person who has acted in a fraudulent manner; or breached these Terms and Conditions.
4.10    All prizes must be claimed by 20 March 2011.
4.11    Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

5.     PUBLICITY
5.1   The winner agrees to the use of their name and photograph/s for publicity purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
5.2    Participants acknowledge and accept their entries become and remain the property of the Promoter, and consent future promotional messages may be sent.

6.     GENERAL
6.1    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with a prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
6.2    If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion and at any time, to replace or amend these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
6.3    Participants authorise the Promoter to collect and hold personal information, to be used to conduct the competition and for future promotional purposes by The Promoter and promotional partners. You understand that you have a right of access to, and may request correction of, personal information held by us about you, at any time. Failure to provide the personal information requested on the entry form will result in the entry being invalid.
6.4    Should a prize remain unclaimed by 20 March 2011, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00 (AEDST) on 22 March 2011 at Oxygen Interactive Marketing Level 1, 16 Palmer Parade, Cremorne VIC 3121, Australia. In the event of any winner, they will be notified by telephone or writing, using the details provided upon entry within 2 days of the prize draw.

7.     DEFINED TERMS AND INTERPRETAION
7.1    In these Terms, the following words have the following special meanings:
a.    "Terms" means these competition terms and conditions (as amended from time to time);
b.    "We", "our", "us" means EziBuy Limited and any of its related companies; and
c.    "You" means a person entering the competition.
7.2.    For convenience, these Terms have been grouped under different headings, but the headings do not affect the meaning of these Terms.

I think we can still enter even if we havent ordered anything as a customer because a) from T&C

I have one of those even though Ive never bought from them and
b) you need a customer number - I have a customer number also even though Ive never bought from them - check the very bottom of your email, it says "customer # _____"
