Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promoter is Campus Living Villages Pty Limited ABN 093 198 915 19 (phone:
02 9270 1600) (“CLV”).
2. All applicant(s) (as defined in 3 below) will be entered into the draw to win a
[2010 model] 13-inch, 2.26Ghz Apple MacBook Pro.

3. The promotion is only valid for person(s) who have submitted to Murdoch
University Village by 5:00pm AWST on 31 December 2010, a signed residential
agreement for 2011 and all associated documents ("applicant(s)").

4. Applicant(s) may be disqualified from the promotion at any time in the event of
any non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entries are open to individuals only.
6. Individuals can submit one entry only.
7. A parent or legal guardian must give consent for each applicant who is under 18
years of age at the time of submission.
8. The promotion will begin at 9:00am AWST 01 September 2010.
9. Entries, via the submission to Murdoch University Village by 5:00pm AWST on 31
December 2010 a signed residential agreement for 2011 and all associated
documents, close at 5.00pm AWST 31 December 2010.

10. The winner of the Apple MacBook Pro (“the prize”) will be drawn at 9.00am
AWST 14 January 2010 at Murdoch University Village. The awarding of the prize to
the winner of the draw is subject to and conditional upon the winner having paid the
security deposit and first two (2) weeks residential fees pursuant to their 2011
residential agreement with Murdoch University Village.

11. One winner will be awarded the prize.
12. The winner of the prize will be notified by phone or email no later than 5:00pm
AWST 17 January 2010.
13. If the prize is not claimed after 3 months from 17 January 2010, a redraw will
take place at 9.00am AWST 17 April 2011 at Murdoch University Village.
14. CLV accepts no responsibility for:
a. late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries.
b. any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial
advice should be sought.
