TERMS AND CONDITIONS – WIN A $300 COLES GIFT CARD EVERY DAY
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: Entry is only open to Australian residents. Westfield employees, retailers, tenants and
immediate families of participating Westfield centres and the agencies associated with this promotion
are ineligible.
Duration & Entry Instructions: The promotion commences from 9.00am Thursday 25 November to
10:00pm Sunday 12 December 2010 (“Promotional Period”) or while stocks last. To enter customers
must spend a minimum of $50 at Coles or a combination of participating fresh food stores. The
participating fresh food stores are Bakers Delight, Liquorland, Michel’s Patisserie, Melbourne Poultry
Supply, N&A Butchers, Yes, It’s Fresh Deli, Fergusson Plarre Bakehouses, The Nut Hut, and Healthy
Life. Customers must then present their receipt(s) to the value of $50 or more, and a completed entry
form to the Concierge Desk or participating retailer during the promotional period. One entry per
person per day is permitted. Final receipts only (no lay-by). The Promoter will not be responsible for
lost, stolen, forged, damaged or mutilated receipts.
Prize draw & winner notification: A daily winner will be selected by random prize draw at 5pm on the
day following the entry. Winners will be notified by phone and email.
Prize details: The total prize pool consists of 18 units of $300 Coles Gift Card valued at a total of
$5,400. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize is to be
collected from Westfield Plenty Valley during the promotion timings as outlined above. Coles Gift
Card terms and conditions apply. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner’s proof of
identity in order to claim the prize.
Prize to a minor: If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s
parent or guardian.
Late Entries: No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or
sustained from the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy: To provide each entrant with this competition, the Promoter needs to collect personal
information about each entrant and obtain each entrant’s agreement in relation to handling this
personal information. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be entered into
the competition. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, each
entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and
the Promoter may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details
of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any
