Present and swipe your Summit Club membership card when you make a purchase during The Kathmandu Christmas Sale promotion (Wednesday 24th November 2010 – Tuesday 4th January 2011), and go into the draw to “Be in to Win” one of three $1000 Kathmandu Gift Cards.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   1.
   For each purchase at any Kathmandu retail store (including Clearance stores) between Wednesday 24th November 2010 and Tuesday 4th January 2011, Summit Club members are entitled to one entry per purchase into ‘THE PROMOTION’.
   2.
   ‘THE PROMOTION’ runs from Wednesday 24th November 2010 – Tuesday 4th January 2011.
   3.
   Entry into ‘THE PROMOTION’ is open only to current Summit Club Members.
   4.
   Employees of Kathmandu Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter ‘THE PROMOTION’.
   5.
   The prize draw will take place at Kathmandu Pty Ltd, 55-65 Sky Road, Melbourne Airport Business Park, VIC on Monday 17th January 2011 at 12noon.
   6.
   The winners’ names will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 31st January 2011.
   7.
   The winners will also be notified via phone and letter, following the completion of ‘THE PROMOTION’.
   8.
   In the event of an unclaimed prize draw where we are unable to contact the winners, another winner draw will take place at the same venue and time on Monday 25th April 2011.
   9.
   The new winners will be notified via phone and letter following the completion of ‘THE PROMOTION’.
  10.
   The new winners’ names will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday Monday 9th May 2011.
  11.
   The first three valid entries drawn will each win a $1000 Kathmandu Gift Card.
