Terms & Conditions of Entry of Naming Mascot Competition


- Competition entries valid for Victorian entrants only. 
- In the case of multiple entries with the same suggested name, the first entry received in post shall be the winning entry
- Entries must be in by COB on Friday 10 December 2010
- Winning entry will be based on Name Suggestion for Mascot, not colouring ability
- Winner will be selected by the Eureka Skydeck Venue Manager
- Prizes valued at a total of $600
- The top five entrants will be notified by telephone and have to make their own way to Eureka Skydeck for the naming party.
- Overall winner will be notified at the Mascot naming event on Saturday 18th December 2010 in person.- Name of winner will be published in the Herald Sun, on the Eureka Skydeck website and Facebook page.
- Winner must consent to their image/s and full name to be used in any forms of published, televised or web media as required by promoter.
- Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash and is subject to availability.
- Employees of Eureka Skydeck, Red Rock Leisure or O’Brien Group are not eligible to win.
