TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR

SYDNEY ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE –

WIN TICKETS TO MICHAEL BUBLE OR ROXY MUSIC READER PROMOTION IN PENRITH CITY STAR
 

1.These conditions of entry relate to ‘SYDNEY ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE Win tickets to Michael Buble or Roxy Music’ reader competition organised by Fairfax Community Newspapers ABN 77 000 310 654 of 1 Worth Street, Chullora NSW 2190.
2.By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these conditions of entry.
3.Entry is open to all NSW residents except all employees and the immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and all their associated advertising agencies, who are ineligible to enter.
4.The Competition commences in Penrith Star on 2nd December 2010 at 0.01 (EST) and concludes on 9th  December 2010 at 17:00 (EST) or with last mail received.
5.Participants must provide the following details on the back of an envelope: their name, address and newspaper from which they are entering and they will go into a draw to win. Entries should be sent to: Fairfax Community Newspapers – C/- Sydney Entertainment Centre – 1 Worth Street Chullora NSW 2190. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6.There is one double pass (admits 2) to see Michael Buble on 19 February 2011 with pre show drinks and canapes before the show in the John Farnham Room plus parking. One double pass (admits 2) to see Roxy Music on 25 February 2011 with pre show drinks and canapes before the show in the John Farnham Room plus parking. Each prize is valued at $1,038.00  - Total prize pool value: $2076.00 GST inclusive
7.The winners will be drawn at 10.00 (EST) on 16th December 2010. The draw will take place at Fairfax Community Newspapers, 1 Worth Street, Chullora, NSW 2190. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.  Winners will be notified by mail.
8.All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter and may potentially use the entrants’ names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
9.The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
10.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to cancellation of event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
11.The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12.Permit number is LTPM/09/00460
