To celebrate the release of Donavon's new album "Glow", Billabong is giving you the chance to become a legend amongst your mates with your own private show at your house!

If you want to be the host of this free gig, you'll need to create your own party petition. Once you've registered, you'll need to get as many people as possible to sign your petition. The person with the most amount of signatures will win the gig.

When you sign up, you'll be emailed your account log in details. You can access your account at any time using this log in.

In your account, you will find a Share Bar for your petition. By clicking on the tabs, you will be able to email the petition to your friends, embed it on your social networking site or blog, bookmark it or link to it via a unique URL.

Billabong - Donovan Frankenreiter Petition

Terms & Conditions

1. PLEASE NOTE THAT BY STARTING THIS PETITION, YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS PARTY, SHOULD YOU BE THE WINNER.

2. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.

3. The winner will win a Donavon Frankenreiter acoustic performance at their home or party.

4. This competition is a game of skill. The entrant with the most number of signatures on their petition form will be judged the winner. However, Billabong reserves the right to withdraw the prize, without compensation, if the promoter deems the party location unsuitable or has reason to believe that not all the signatures are genuine. If there is a tie, Billabong will award the prize to the entrant who collected the most signatures within the first 30 days of the competition.

5. Entry is restricted to one signature per email address

6. The event date and time will be specified by Billabong, but will likely be sometime in March or April 2011

7. The winner's party location must be within 100km of the CBD of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide.

8. Donavon Frankenreiter will play between 6 songs and 10 songs at the party.

9. Billabong and Donavon Frankenreiter reserve the right to reschedule the event date or change the venue location, at no compensation to entrants, without warning. Billabong and Donavon Frankenreiter will act reasonably in making any changes and use its endeavours to minimise disruption.

10. If the winner is under 18, they must have their parent's or guardian's written permission to hold the party. In addition, at least one legal guardian must be in attendance at the event.

11. It is expressly forbidden for the party host or party attendees to charge an entrance fee for party attendees

12. If you are renting the party venue (or you are a renter of the property where you intend to host the party), you will need to seek approval to hold the event from your landlord.

13. While you may get as many petition signatures as you like, your party guest list must be capped at 100 people

14. Billabong will supply production and a sound engineer, and will stay below residential noise restrictions.

15. The party location must have a supply of power

16. Entries close 5pm EST on Friday January 14. The winner will be notified by email on Monday 17 January

17. Billabong or Donavon Frankenreiter accepts no liability for any loss or damage to the the event venue, venue contents or surrounding properties.

19. The winner must guarantee a safe venue and indemnifies Billabong and Donavon Frankenreiter for any injuries or damages that may occur at the event.

20. This competition is not open to employees or their relatives of Billabong, Liberator Music or Secret Service.

21. The promoter of this competition is Billabong, ABN: 6708595080, of 1 Billabong Place, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. Billabong is the promoter of the competition only. Billabong is in no way involved in the event itself, and accepts no liability for any damage or liability that may occur during the event.
